Called in a order of two All Stars and a Steak and Cheese Omelet. Cheese grits and cheese eggs with the all stars and both waffles light, bacon as the meat of choice. Go to pick up order and there is an issue and they say the card is declining go get cash from same card to pay and the order is wrong. No cheese on the grits, bacon and waffles are cold, and omelet is a bacon and cheese omelet, and waffles were dark. Didnāt find this out until I got home because I was so exhausted from trying to pay that I wanted to just get food and go. Plus I had saw the previous reviews and wasnāt expecting an issue like this. Called the manager and was told to come back they would remake the order at NO CHARGE. Return to the store and was asked what the incorrect items were again. Do you know these folks were only gonna remake the incorrect items ( omelet, put cheese in the grits, and remake the waffles) over and give me the other stuff back cold. After 45 minutes to an hour of just trying to get my food and go and i called the freaking order in. For $30 something dollars and the common courtesy of your mess up. That was handled all wrong and I wonāt be coming back...

The last time a ate breakfast at this Waffle House I had an early flight out on a Sunday morning. What a great experience! When I entered the door, I was greeted with a warm smile by Ashley. She quickly got me seated and ready to order. Another warm face showed up, Koko. Everyone working was in a pleasure mood and singing. This didnāt feel like your normal restaurant. I watched as other customers came into the door and they were receiving a similar experience. Ashleyās job was clearing tables vs. waiting on tables. She cleared the tables with such a positive spirit, I wanted to help clear table. š How could Waffle House find good people and have them all working at the same store on the same shift? I got to meet the manager of this Waffle House, Traci. After a two minute chat with Traci, I knew she was the āunicornā at this store. When it was brought to hear attention she, Jennifer said she would do a better job on rushing her to pick up call in orders. Very insensitive. Kirk, rude, and a very bad attitude. The restaurant was filthy. Tables dirty, food and debris everywhere. Our food sat for at least 10 minutes before being served because Jennifer had the server attending to call in/online orders when we were sitting right there. The coffee had no taste, worst than day old and was luke warm. Jennifer needs more training, there is no reason for her to speak to the server the way she did and there is no read on we should have heard it. Her attitude is unforgiving.
