Horrible experience! Placed order online, walk up to the sign that says "pick up online orders here" and I have to wait while the staff take the next 8 peoples orders in the other line. The manager places a tray of food in front of me, assuming it was mine and then calls out for order #8 and after no one claims it he takes it from the front counter and passes it back through the serving window into the kitchen to have the cook change it to be what order #9 had ordered. This should never have happened, food shouldn't be allowed back in the kitchen after it hits the counter. Then after the cook remakes it he tries to hand it to the customer who corrected him that her order was to be tossed in hot honey mustard and he once again handed it back to the cook to change again and then while the cook was changing it he looks at the other tray in the serving window and reads the receipt on it and guess what..... Its order #9. So after a 15 minute wait to get my online order which was sitting on the back counter the whole time I was there, the manager asks what did I need, which is when I pointed to the sign and said thats my cold online order back there. He grabs the order sets it on the counter and walks out of site. This manager wasn't wearing a different colored shirt like typical managers do, so he may have been the pretend manager. Read moreAny other time I would have given this place 5 stars but you never know how good a business is until you see how they handle a problem. First let me admit that it was my fault. I placed an online order, but what I didn't know was there were two locations on hwy 81 at the opposite ends of McDonough. When I arrived at the store the staff let me know I was at the wrong store. So I asked the manager jmaya could they honor my meal with the receipt I had and just send the bill to the other store, like they do when they have to buy inventory from another store. She said I would just have to buy another meal. So I did. Before I left I decided to call the other store and I spoke with the manager there and said the situation should've been easily handled by them honoring my receipt and taking it up with them. So he spoke to the jmaya and she told him that she refuse to honor it with no specific reason why. He was just as confused as I was, so that right there let me know that she could have rectified the situation but simply refuse to. Like I said it was my fault but as a business man myself I know that if your customer has an issue or makes a mistake you fix it for them the keep your customer happy. Well I'll definitely be using the other store that's farther away from my house because that would be worth the better customer...
Read moreI've been here numerous times with family and friends and last night was just ridiculous. I come around 6:00 so naturally the drive thru line is a little busy, no problem . Patiently waited until I could finally get to the window there was a truck ahead of me and about 5 cars behind and no one was in my car. I go to place my order but just informed the drive thru girl that I was placing 3 orders was met with a stern " You can't do that". So I tell her its not 3 separate orders just 1 and she still informs me I cant, place my order I have to go inside. Now iv seen plenty of SUVs and multiple orders go out before and have personally order for more than 3 people and this has never been an issue. So I sit at the window for about10 minutes not moving because I couldn't even pull out till the cars ahead of me moved. I go inside to place my order with " Melanie" , who was really nice and courteous. I asked her if there was some kind of new policy in place and she had no idea why the girl would say something like that.
