Pizza Hut — Restaurant in McFarland

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut for going on 15 years and never had a problem, always great service.

I ordered a New Yorker pizza with extra cheese and three toppings. Tried taking a piece out after it arrived and it was the consistency of soup with a crust surrounding it. Absolutely disgusting, I couldn’t even eat it with a fork, it just fell apart.

So I called Pizza Hut and spoke with the MOD, I believe his name was Stephen? Could be wrong, something like that. Anyway, I tried explaining what happened and he just came at me with the most aggressive tone, saying he made the pizza himself, and it was perfect! I was blown away, and told him I’m a long time customer and I could not believe he was talking to me like this. I was unsatisfied with the product, and was calling to talk about possible solutions, he, still in a very angry tone asked what I wanted and I said at this point, just a refund.

He went on to inform me that he can only remake the pizza or issue a credit, I took the credit, I was done with this kid. Called today to give them another chance and use the credit? Nothing, never issued it to my account….. this is how you spend good money on marketing and terrible customer service destroys a loyal customer. I will NEVER eat at Pizza Hut again. Read all the 1 star reviews for this location in the last couple years. I have no idea who owns this business, but McFarland is a small town and you guys are going out of your way to ruin your reputation.

Exceptional Service & Incredible Turnaround!

I cannot say enough great things about the team at the McFarland Pizza Hut, especially Brooke! Recently, our workplace had planned a pizza party for 60 people, only to realize—just two hours before the event—that no one had actually placed the order. With no pizza places opening until 10:30 AM and our event starting at noon, we were in a serious bind.

I called the McFarland Pizza Hut as soon as they opened, explained the situation, and without hesitation, Brooke assured me they could handle it. In under an hour, they prepared 20 pizzas, double orders of all breadsticks (with plenty of sauce), and had everything ready to go. Their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were truly outstanding.

Thanks to Brooke and her team, our pizza party was saved, and everyone was able to enjoy a hot, delicious meal on time. If you're looking for a place that goes above and beyond, this is it....

Ordered the “new” Chicago Tavern Style” pizza to my work place. Just a simple sausage mushroom onion combination. Being from that city, I was enticed by this variable in the menu. By the time this disgusting , horrid dried up pizza showed up , I was completely appalled that they could even call this Chicago. Tavern style does not just mean CUT IN SQUARES. This wonderful iconic name ( Chicago tavern style) should represent cheesy delectable goodness with tons of plump toppings that becomes so addictive you could rejoice. This was a disgusting pizza that was akin to a day after dumpster find. They refused me a refund or credit and now I am so done with the trust of Pizza Hut ever. Working at a business where we hold huge pizza party delivery ventures, this name is now forbidden from the list . Don’t trust this location EVER.
