today is July 7th, 2025 at this drive-thru again and it takes for flipping ever so far I've been sitting here for well over 10 minutes, the vehicle that was second in line, right in front of me just drove off and I had been thinking about it and I still am, this is ridiculous a drive-thru should not take soul clipping lawn now I think the people that are at the window might be leaving the brake lights just came on, who knows but a person should not have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 10-15-20 minutes or more it's just ridiculous and the place is not even busy there's like two cars on the other side. I've been coming through here for years on a regular basis and more often than not it's just a horrible horrible weight, something needs to change here there's just no possible way this makes any sense whatsoever. Dairy Queen corporate okay please look into this holy buckets this is just nuts, there is obviously some training that needs to be done or something cuz this is ridiculous. yep the car that's been sitting at the window just drove off without this food
to get food here is such a challenge. spend 10 minutes in the drive-thru once you do make it to the window it's another 10-minute wait cuz even something as simple of a burger could not have been started so it's basically ready by the time you get to the window. I'm not kidding on these times, presently still waiting at the window and it's been 10 minutes. have been through this many times here. they need to get somebody to come in and show them how to streamline their processes so food is flowing out of that kitchen at the rate it should be cuz this is just terrible. people are polite that the process is here are terrible it's just that simple it should not take this long to get a shake or a burger or whatever. You can easily tie up close to a half hour here...

I had made plans of stopping there on my way to my cabin days before our trip because I had a coupon for a box of dilly bars or buster bars for .99 cents. I had over ten people coming up with us and I thought it would be a great idea to have DQ treats for everyone. But I learned after my 2 hour drive I forgot my coupon, but I thought gees it's no limit coupon and it's not a coupon they take after using it, so I thought... Hey maybe they will honor me with my dilemma. I picked out 4 boxes 2 dilly and 2 buster bars and waited patiently in line, but when I shared my dilemma the cashier said" no how do I know you had a coupon." I said "because I just told you." He said "well I can't believe everyone has one." I said "whatever how ridiculous it's 4 boxes it's not like I cleaned out your freezer." I bought them anyways. But I left angry, I work in retail myself and I never let my customer believe that I feel they are liars and I never argue with them. I'm not upset I paid full price at all, but it made a great conversation when I passed out all the DQ treats at my cabin. I will add if the situation had went the other way I would of shared...
Read moreThey mixed up my order which I didn't realize at all. The shift manager blamed me after she came out and asked me if it was my order. It looked like it was. I was there with a friend and her kids and I thought some of their order was on my tray cause we ordered one after the other. This person blamed me for the mix up. The stuff looked like how are stuff from our DQ comes out. She never said a number, their was an older couple their that said she didn't say a number. She was very rude and blamed me for the mess up. It wasn't my fault that it looked right to me. She then came out with my order and I got really confused and said it was my order. Then she had to blame me for the reason why it took so long for the other family to get their order and then came back by to lecture me about paying attention to the number she called. I will never be going back and I suggest you never go their. They can't handle being busy. My friend had ordered 3 different meals all chicken strips meals and her meal was completely missed and then after she had to ask for her kids food. They just messed up big time.
