Subway — Restaurant in McGregor

My boyfriend ordered the boss and apparently there was only 1 meatball..the girls start bickering back and fourth about meatballs being dropped on the floor earlier and someone was supposed to put them in...well we had to wait 15 minutes for his sandwich... Than we find out it was buy one get one free on the footlong subs! Why wouldn't they let us know this from the get when I ordered a 6 inch supreme..he also had to remind them of the double cheese on both sandwiches,gave us the wrong Cookies at first as well after asking us what kind 3 times.. Awful place, ran by teenager. Messed up my sandwich so bad by only giving me HALF the meat I ordered and then tried to correct it by making a mess of a sandwich by nuking my meat instead of just making the sandwich over again. Which they should have done in the first place because he messed the whole sandwich up. Oh I also added extra cheese and only got ONE slice of cheese extra for my FOOTLONG. And after all the trouble and waste of my time, they still charge me for the extra cheese even though I blatently told them to not charge me for the SINGLE slice extra they put on there. After a couple of bad experiences last year we did not want to go back to this Subway location. However, today we did go back after a long time and we are glad we did! Jocelyn and Trevor were not only welcoming, they both had a smile on their face, putting a lot of effort in assembling the sandwiches while making sure that I liked what they did. These 2 sandwich artists are the reason why we will be customers at this location again. Thank you! You did amazing!!! 5 stars...
