Called in an order for lunch for myself and multiple co-workers, arrived at the advised time, still had to wait 20 more minutes to watch them make the food. They don't change gloves when switching between handling hot/cooked food and cold/raw foods. To add to that the man at the front desk wore the same gloves while answering the phone, taking orders, checking receipts, picking up his pants and handling food, and cooking food, all while never changing the gloves. The chicken for the salad was microwaved on a plate that they put back in the microwave I presume to put other foods on it without cleaning it. After I wait and watch all of this, i am charged an additional $2 dollars for paying with my debit card. I only caught this when I asked for the receipt because the man at the front desk never told me the total of my order or what he was charging when I picked up my food. I happened to have the total written on a post it with me because I was picking up multiple orders and I had asked for a receipt mainly bc I needed it itemized so everyone could pay me back. The $2 isn't going to break me it's the fact that after I asked about it the guy at the front desk argued with me about it because he says he isn't getting it it's going to the credit card company. SIR! You have to tell someone what you are charging their card for. I would have gladly paid the $2 if you had told me just so I could get out of there. ...

Delivery guy claims he had no change and left with the whole $60. My wife spoke to the manager within 3 minutes of the guy being at my door. Manager stated the driver would bring the change back, he never did of course My wife eventually had to go and retrieve our $17 herself 30 hours later the following day(which is today) . The manager paid her from his pocket while appearing upset, but also remember the entire exchange from the day before. Thankfully there are over 7 other pizza places in the area for us to spend our hard earned money with, because im done with Gavino's. That's not how you treat customers and definitely not their children.. I'm highly offended that my wife had to travel to correct your error/greed, and if she hadn't Gavino's would just be waiting for us to call next week for our weekly order. She never repeated back info of order or credit info to confirm order was put in correctly. Was told my food would arrive in 45 min. Which was great because I had to feed my kiddos before practice. Never arrived on time. It took up to an hour and a half to get my food. Which was cold. I called back 3 times before the rude lady who answered the phone decided to call the driver after an hour. Before doing so she stated we donāt track our drivers Which was very much uncalled. She finally calls driver and he takes another additional 15 min. My home is approximately only 10 min from shop to begin with. Needless to say I will NEVER order from these rude late people again in life! My kids had to miss half of practice due to there actions! And fyi I still tipped but they will never get another dollar from me? My family, or friends! They need to train their staff in proper customer service. This pizza place...
