We we're so impressed with the flavor and the barista one day (red head adorable personality) that we went back today. The barista that we encountered today appeared to have a bad day, very unfriendly, so that was actually kind of a downside to the experience but still great flavor drinks. They didn't heat the pumpkin roll or ask like they did the first time so my daughter was a little disappointed. We told friends how much we liked the first experience so made a larger order online with drinks for them. I was about 15 minutes early - nobody was in line in drive thru or in the restaurant so I asked if they wanted to see my order to start early and they told me no... That they'd just have to let the ice melt and have it sit on the counter until it came across their computer. I have the receipt, showing this address and all the orders but they had to prove I ordered it. Still waiting, in an empty restaurant. Granted, they may have many orders that have come across but were just cleaning counters when I came in. Kinda frustrating customer service.... Read moreI’m excited to have a black rock coffee on 380. The service is fantastic. The coffee is OK. But I’m not happy with the price of a cold brew coffee with sugar-free vanilla. No cream. It’s nearly 7 dollars. It is not prepared fresh obviously. Then, the tip menu comes up when you’re paying for a nearly 7 dollar coffee that they poured out of a picture and put ice into. I’m sorry, but no. If coffee shops can charge seven dollars for a medium cold brew, they can play their people a regular wage. I am happy to support businesses, especially coffee shops that are not Starbucks. However, you must do better. Also, I paid for a four dollar blueberry muffin. (that’s where I got my sugar) it was package sloppily. It obviously have been frozen, which is OK, but if you’re going to charge a customer four dollars for a muffin, at least make sure that it is presented appropriately. Read moreMilk in coffee was expired. 10/15 was the first time I ever ordered a coffee from any Black Rock location, and to say on the first time my coffee has expired milk was a horrible experience. I really wanted the coffee to be good and even took a few more sips just to prove myself wrong but as I took a sip you could smell the expired milk in the coffee.
