Came in a lil while ago and got two packs of pods for $10 each.. but when I went in last night after work I was charged $22 for one pack. Thinking it was a mistake I went in this morning to be told that they sell individual pods out the packs for $5 each... So even though they almost doubled the price, it still shouldn't have come out to $22. So not only did they almost double the price, but they also overcharged me by about $5, refused to give me a receipt, then said they're was nothing I could do without one, even though I showed the transaction on my phone and brought the pack back in unopened. It's really a shame because the prices were amazing at first and the shop is really close to my house, but it seems like they don't have consistent or even reasonable prices and seem to take some more off the top for themselves then even they say you owe them... 2 stars because the first time I went there the staff member was amazing and actually charged me the correct price without charging me more than I owed just to get one over on me/take some money from themselves... When u scam your customers like this you actually lose money, because they likely won't come back to...

I will not be going back to this place again. I found this place by accident a few days ago and the gentlemen helped me find what I needed & even offered a discount. This morning I got this text & attached & went in to use it & the young kid told me it was a mistake & he wouldn’t honor it. No explanation other than that as he stood there texting someone. I ended up spending $92 but I was not very comfortable with the transaction & feel like they use highly deceptive business practices. I would have been a new customer that spent a lot of consistent money with them, but now I will not be going back & nor will my family members who I had referred. Hopefully the business owner reads this & looks at his store video from 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after 3pm 9-4-25. I’m a local business owner & would terminate any employee who was this bad with customers. Must be the owners kid...

To the review that was talking about how the employee was being rude is a lie she came in being super rude who brings a child to a vape shop? Let alone knowing your child is a special needs child when the employee asks politely to your son and you to not lick the glass of the store that means stop DOESNT mean to let your son roam around and play with things that is smoke related this store is the best vape shop hands down around Dfw they will price match any vape shop within the area if that’s not amazing they are 24/7 isn’t that amazing! ( yet again don’t bring your child into a vape shop! It makes no sense I wouldn’t bring my 7-20 year old son near a vape shop at all it’s just...
