I had an Uber eats order for pick up. Initially, the order was partially fulfilled. Once I expressed my concern, the shorter lady working at the counter was very accommodating and immediately assisted with the issue.

However, one of the servers, a bearded man in his late 20's or 30's, when asked for his name, and the original receipt of the wrong order - proceeded to mistreat me. He was adamant to not share the receipt containing the wrong order claiming he had thrown it in the trash.

Upon asking for his name very politely - and addressing him as "brother" he very rudely answered that he does not owe me an answer. I again asked "can I have your name brother" - to which he again responded - "I don't have a name, I am not bound to answer".

After receiving such abhorrent customer service, I was forced to take a picture of the individual in question - as he was adamant not to speak with me, or provide me with his name.

After this - the individual actually had the audacity to threaten to call the police on me because I was taking his picture without his permission.

An establishment with such hateful customer service - which I feel - had racial motive because I am a brown (South Asian, Indian) individual - is extremely appalling.

We as a people have always experienced racism from Middle Eastern individuals as they collectively see south Asian / or Indians as lower standards than themselves. However, today for the first time in my life, this Middle Eastern individual - proved my existing intuition to be true.

This extensively hateful, and racist behavior is unacceptable. I pray that this establishment does improve and I pray for the brother that the Creator forgives them.

However, I do not intend to spend my hard earned money here again, only to be humiliated and treated so poorly, only because the color of my skin is darker than that of the individual on the other side of the glass.

Please see attached photographs of the original order, the order that was initially provided to us, and the photo of the mannerless bearded man that has proven by his actions to be inherently racist and hateful - even towards customers.

May the Lord forgive this individual and bring them to the path of...

This is my new favorite place to get Shawarma! This is my second time coming in and it’s even better than my first. The first time I didn’t know what I was doing and just customized everything. This time I tried everything as is. I came in at 12:44pm today and ordered a Gyro Wrap combo and a Chicken Shawarma (sheesh style) with a side of yellow rice.

The service is always INCREDIBLE. You’re greeted at the door, they communicate that they’ll be with you shortly, while working on other orders, and they make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. This would seem like something to be expected, but I’ve been to a NUMBER of places where you can’t get this kind of service anymore. Not to mention, it was hotter than it probably should be in the building today, and the gentlemen handled it with grace. I would be in a terrible mood if I had to work around a stove IN a hot space. (Not sure if the air could keep up with this crazy heat today).

The food is equally as good as the service. There are a variety of options and differently ways to enjoy your Gyro or Shawarma Wrap! Just so you know I’m being as honest as possibly about the food, I will say that I absolutely did not like the yellow rice. It was bland and lacks seasoning, however that is just my own personal opinion. I’m somewhat of a rice snob and I’ve had a variety of rice made so many different ways. This was my least favorite! I will be back for all the other items on the menu for sure!

I don’t typically take time to write reviews the same day— but I find this review to be well deserved. Can’t wait to visit again. I’m disappointed I didn’t order two...

We dined here for the first time. As soon as you walk in there’s a weird sewer smell, I’m not sure why it smelled so bad but that should’ve been our red flag to get the heck out! We didn’t think anything of and we went ahead and ordered our food and sat down. The food was made to order , BUTTTTTT…. We ordered chicken shawarmas, beef shawarma, zinger, falafel, 2 portion of fries. LORD. When I tell you the food was horrible. We paid close to 60 dollars and we hated the food. The chicken in the shawarma was dry and hard! Seemed like we got the pieces that were just left out at the bottom of the pan. The beef was good and tender. The zinger was all breading… no real chicken pieces just breading on top of breading. The falafel were so hard you can throw it at someone and knock them the F out! We ordered 2 portion of fries that were 8 bucks and they gave us a child small fry portion from McDonalds. For 8 dollars I expect a large amount of fries. I wish I would’ve taken photos… I was LIVID….. we will never be back here again. Oh also, I asked for them to add tomatoes and onion to my chicken shawarmas… thinking nothing of it.. I look at the rect and they added a dollar for 2 pieces of tomato, 2 pieces of onion and 2 prices of lettuce!! (Ridiculous) making an additional 3 dollars just for extra toppings. Didn’t know they charge extra for everything!!!! The guys there though were very very nice. The food just sucked ass! Idk who is lying on these reviews but omg the worse chicken and falafel sandwiches I ever had!...

My first time here. Got there as soon as they opened so I think I was their first customer. Guys at the counter were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma with 2 pistachio baklavas. Service was great and I was excited to try it. Got in my car and took a bite of the shawarma and it was really good. It was wrapped tightly so I decided to finish it at home. Once I got home I noticed there was some giardiniera to add to the shawarma so I unwrapped the pita only to find not 1 but 2 pieces of hair IN my shawarma. Not on top of the exposed part of the shawarma but literally WRAPPED INSIDE my pita meaning it came from the face of the cook. I live in Frisco and I’ve had a very long morning. I did not feel like driving back to McKinney so I just threw it away. The guys should really wear hair and beard nets when managing peoples food. I’ll admit the first couple bites were good but finding MULTIPLE HAIRS in my food is not cool. I didn’t even want to take a picture because this seems like a new establishment and I don’t want to talk bad about it but you guys have to do better.

First time to Sheesh and YOU have to go. Don’t walk to Sheesh – run! It’s the cutest little spot. Food and Service- 100/10. I felt like I was walking into my family’s kitchen overseas (see photos of the welcoming smiles). I wish you could taste and smell the food through the photos. I’ve been all over and no one can make shawarma this Yummy! The chicken was my favorite because it was full of flavor and so juicy. My parents (who are super picky) loved the beef shawarma with saj bread so much that they ordered another one to go. To top it off – the place is so clean it sparkles. I can’t wait to return and would not hesitate to recommend this to everyone wanting a taste of the Middle East. We are so lucky to have something authentic and delicious in our neighborhood.
