Pasting my Facebook post w/o edits here bc it says it all. 💖 💖 💖 💖 -Y'ALL!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The most AMAZING staff, the most delicious cinnamon rolls, WOW! PLEASE, go spend money there! I simply called to see if we could possibly reserve a table for a small birthday celebration & OHMYGOODNESS, they blew my mind! Above & beyond doesn't begin to describe it. The owner told me over the phone that they could do a cinnamon roll birthday cake & that is so perfect for Mom, so I happily said Yes! Then she said they could put a little happy birthday sign on the table, maybe run over to Target & get some candles. Surprised, I said, well that's nice, sure, thank you. Never did I believe that they would decorate the ENTIRE store just for Mom! They hand-drew a happy birthday sign, hung a big banner, decorated all the light fixtures with shimmery fringe, balloons with fairy lights, tablecloths, specially tied-up bunches of fancy disposable cutlery & more. EVERY bit of decor in this place was specifically put there for Mom! They played 50s/60s music the whole night and Mom & my daughter danced and danced. And that CAKE... INCREDIBLE!!! Melts in your mouth, best I've ever tasted! It just meant so much to all of us how they just went all out for my sweet Mom on her special milestone birthday. She said it truly was the best birthday she's ever had & I have to give Cinnaholic a fair share of the credit....

I’m here visiting my kids and once everyone scattered and I was left by myself, momma treated herself to some food. Cinnaholic has been on my list of places to try for at least a year.

I had to order through Grubhub because they left me without a vehicle. Seriously guys, my order was on the way and delivered within 15 minutes!

I ordered an old skool with extra frosting side, an Oreo cookie scoop and a banana bread. The banana bread was for my son. He enjoyed it, but I thought it would be a larger size. Not a deal breaker, but left him wanting another. The Oreo cookie scoop was for my daughter. She said that it was really good, can I order 2 for her next time!

The old skool roll was for me and hubbs to share. At home I have a bakery I am loyal to because the cinnamon rolls are so good, with rich thick buttercream frosting. That was what was in my head and what I expected, but when I opened the box, that wasn’t why I got. Before I go on, I will say I was NOT disappointed. Inside the box was a delicious, soft, perfectly baked cinnamon roll with amazing frosting generously poured on top. I enjoyed every single bite. That was 2 nights ago, and I can’t stop wanting another! Hubbs only ended up getting about 1/6 of it because it was so delicious! I’m looking forward to my next roll, and actually going to the...

I knew this location was bad from my last experience, my roll was soggy, the frosting was bitter, but I still came back. This time I ordered online pickup, once I showed up no one was in the store. When I mean no one I mean not one person, I called out several times, and I didn't get an answer. The worker from the ice cream shop next door saw me after I had been waiting in the store for 10 minutes, and came to tell me, the worker had a "emergency" and would be back soon. I proceed to wait a total of thirty plus minutes, and the worker from the ice shop came back, and I ask him where is this so called worker because it was ridiculous that no one had shown up yet. As I'm saying this, a girl shows up, walks past us, and then goes towards the back. I walk up to the register, and tell her I already made an online order and had been waiting for the thirty minutes. She picks up my receipt and doesn't at all acknowledge anything I said or at the very least apologize. I can go into detail the next events to occur, but I rather not. All I can say is she was disrespectful, rude, and horrible at her job. I hope management looks at their camera footage of March 20th 4-5 pm and see's that she needs to be fired.
