Well...you see, they have a somewhat good selection but this place is REALLY price gouging. I mean, it's obscene; I got a toy that was $125 there at the store. Yet when I looked it up online I saw it at $54. This is not just one product or a mistake. EVERYTHING here is over 60% more than it is online. If you have a $100 product in mind get ready to pay $250-$300. You are not paying for toys here, you're paying for the convenience of getting it fast and getting to see it work before you buy it. Which I do NOT think is validation for this insane price gouge. I truly feel like I was robbed/stolen from. They will try to sell you a CHEAP toy or item for a premium price. Go online to buy your toys. I won't be coming back here. Don't waste your money guys. They are really robbing...

Walked into the store to buy items and the lady there Sunday 21st at 3:30 . The lady in there did not acknowledge me as a guest and I needed help . My mom came in 5 mins after and she didn't acknowledge her either . I'm also African American and the lady did not even look at me while I was walking around .

It made me so uncomfortable this lady looked like she was going to pass out I just walked out.

More importantly, to me at least, if you get something you don't like or have an issue with, they actually get the issue resolved.
