Natalia and Josh weren't welcoming or friendly at all. We could tell that they don't interact with black people alot or at all. They both had major "what are you people doing here" attitudes that weren't welcoming in any way... They didn't even try to fake it; therefore letting us know that they really didn't want to serve us. They did becasue it was their job to do so, but they had no problem being rude and letting us know that they were being rude.
I ordered a concrete and fries... dine in with #73 sitting on our table. Josh came over with the concrete in his hand, held it up as if he didn't see the # on the table and said "Is this you?" in a irriated voice. I sat there looking confused thinking "did he really do that?" Then Natalia came behind him with my fries on a tray and said #73 and THREW the tray on the table then turned and walked away. No, she didn't place it on the table, in the same pleasant manner that she did with her white customers (I sat there PO'ed and talking to GOD while trying to remain seated and be the bigger person as I watched the way she interacted with other customers after our interaction). All I wanted was some fries and ice cream on a hot summer day, and instead I recvd' an unexcepted reality check... Smh. I honestly really felt like I'd taken a time machine into the 1950-1960's. I know that racism still exists, but these days most racist people try to hide that FACT that they are RACIST... esp, when they are getting our business/money. No more Culver's for my family and I... it's obviously not for everyone. Thanks for the memo Natalia and Josh... I really appreciate it when I know who I'm dealing with; therefore I can make a conscious decision about whether I want to continue to deal with that person or in this case, continue to patronize their business! And if this is the company culture of the Culver's brand, I'm sure that my decision doesn't matter... But sharing my experience makes me feel...

The order was accurate, the employees seemed to be well-trained and kind, the restaurant was clean - it was great! The lady at the counter who also brought the food to our table was very nice and even came to check in on us a few times despite the fact that it was a semi-busy Saturday. The food was also very good and seemed fresh. Great improvements, Culver's! We'll be back!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I usually love Culver's, but this location was not enjoyable. I think a lot of their employees were new, and that's understandable, but none of them seemed very happy to be there. This is maybe more of a reflection on management? They forgot the drinks on all four of our kids meals and forgot our large order of cheese curds, too. It wasn't extremely busy, either. The tables were all dirty and the floor was sticky. They also forgot the whipped cream on my wife's custard at the end, but by that point we felt so bad from having to go back repeatedly and ask for things that had been forgotten that we just decided to forget about it. I didn't want to give the employees a harder time than they already had. Also, I wish their menu board at this location had at least a brief description of what's on each item. The burger I ordered was completely different than what I thought I...

Ladies at counter winderful, friendly and great attitude! Burger was ordered correctly per receipt. (Single Deluxe Burger Basket w/mustard only) for dine in. Burger did not have mustard instead had ketchup. I have a allergy to corn and ketchup is high in cornstarch. I return burger to counter to fix and she asks for receipt. At this point had to explain my allergy. Same lady who took my order less than 5 mins earlier. Asked for manager who apologized and said mistakes happen. Informed manager of my allergy and explain the oversight that needs to be done. This should never happen when receipt/order is correct. Take the extra 10-20-30 secs to double check if made correctly. At that point after manager stated twice mistakes happen and body language was very uncaring of serious of this issue. I asked for my money back and I was leaving. Lady was nice in refunding amount. I asked lady for number to corporate which she did not have. I looked it up at home to file a formal complaint at corporate level. Lady who took complaint questioned if I told lady at counter of my allergy. I asked for a supervisor and stated my entire issue. They took my info and was informed someone would follow back with me.
If you have allergies and personal preferences for your burger or order DO NOT ORDER at this...
