I was made to wait in line of 9+ customers in the middle of being served (instead of checking me out) he went to help the line and I was like ok I will wait then after waiting they somehow lost my food...and this worker who (just got back from break) was straight up being disrespectful to me in front of the customers in a dining room full of people I contacted the website and cannot reach either owner so they get this review until someone responds on why your associates get to bob and weave their heads at customers and be smart asses saying "ok and? Write my name down" the person making my food left my food there in the middle of serving me and helped all the customers so I sat down and waited only 13+ minutes but he had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked where my food was cause I had already been waiting. He then grabbed my bag opened it up and said there is the order and I said no...I had 2 things and in the middle of the 2nd being made customers came and he left it somewhere I said. Like why am I being questioned if I was already aware of my own order...and he kept saying "I dunno I just got back" which I understood so I was like why not just ask the worker who made it which was some nervous white little kid. So he left my food open on the counter and appeared with the rest of my order after waiting even longer... but he just left it all on the counter expecting me to just put it all back. Not the issue but he was basically throwing the food down in objection to me having that interaction at all. I told him "Put the food all in my bag so I can take it and go" because he just had it all "Tirado" it was so so awkward reporting it because a "manager on duty" (White guy) who was not the store manager but told me he was. Got told the entire story and when I came back in the next time to shop and actually buy more food it seemed like I was being made fun of and laughed at and my Modeling Sponsor was with me as a witness. Great food! Jorge is a responsive and concerned manager for this restaurant. My family has enjoyed some great meals and equally delicious home made ice cream. In comes the negative... Upon having a craving for the "nomchos" this past weekend, I made a trip to satisfy that desire. When I entered the line to order my meal, I was informed quite rudely that I would be required to purchase 2 separate meals to have my "nomchos" (nachos) deconstructed. I was told that evidently the past 3-4 times I had ordered this dish like this MUST have been prepared by a new employee as it is their policy to charge for 2 separate meals. I like to have the chips separate from all of the toppings, this way when I arrive home, the chips are well still chips and not a soggy mess. After having ordered the same meal 3-4 times previously, I was not prepared for this additional cost. My largest issue was the unprofessional way in which I was informed. This is the one of the main reasons for my choice to not support the business any longer.

I spoke with manager D'Angelo and he shared that the ownership of the restaurant has made it the company policy, 2 years ago, to require a separate meal purchase, albeit chips and queso, in order to have them deconstructed. That is their right as owners, as is my right to share that I do not believe it is fair to charge customers an additional price to have the chips separate from all of the toppings. I shared that I hope that my $40-$80 a month for all of the meals that I have enjoyed there were appreciated as I will no longer support their business. The response was a simple "ok."
