i came in this morning around 10:50 about to be 11. this lady that took my order was so rude because i was confused on why she only put 2 entries on my plate with no side. i was trying to understand her but she sounded so rude. i asked for orange chicken and chain me in and she didn’t ask if that all i wanted in my plate. i wanted to add something else but she added double orange chicken when i didn’t ask her to do that. i feel like they should be more communication with the workers. they are supposed to ask if that’s all we taking? asking questions to make sure they don’t mess up the order. and if they do mess up the order to not get all offended for doing it wrong. after that i was about to pay she asked me if wanted a drink and i said yes and pointed at the one i wanted and she said “get it!!” in such a rude way. i was being respectful i didn’t snap on her or anything. i guess she was...

Who ever works the front counter has the absolute WORSE attitude, he wants to be extremely rude, and then laugh when you get rude back. I placed an online order and my boyfriend went to pick it up, they kept stating over and over they did not have the food when we could literally see it. My boyfriend offered the order number, the order itself, and both of our names. They proceeded to say they have no idea what he was talking about and after them arguing I finally went up there and got them to give him the food. I will be going out of my way to AVOID this panda even though it is 3 minutes away from my house. It was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever had, and it was mainly over the cashier. I’m seriously disappointed with this location! We ordered and prepaid online. When we got to the drive thru, a polite young man admitted they had a mix up with our order and asked us to come in. I went in to discover that whoever picked up our order had brought it back. I asked if they packed our order fresh and the young man admitted it had not been. I requested that it be redone. Then one of the two oriental women working, quickly and abruptly spoke to the young mans and said it had been. I knew she was lying. She wouldn’t even look at me. I will NOT be returning to this location again and will be contacting corporate. This is bad even if covid...
