Fazoli's — Restaurant in McMinnville

Went through drive through a couple nights ago and ordered my food. She asked what drink I wanted, what kind of salad dressing and did I want anything else. Yes, I needed to order something for my husband, which I then did. I paid got my order and drive home only to find that the food I ordered myself wasn’t in the bag. I called only to be told they didn’t even put my order on the receipt. I had to get dressed again and drive back to town and waited about 30 minutes for a single lasagna and by the time I got home my drink was watered down. I didn’t even get an apology, no we’re sorry, let us fix OUR mistake, nothing. The service here is unacceptable. I avoid this place due to my last issue here, but this just deals the deal, I will continue to avoid Fazoli’s in McMinnville. I can buy a refrigerated lasagna for less that tastes better anyway

Waitress used bare hands to take cheese out of grater to rearrange it and then put it back and shredded it on our food. She whispered “don’t tell them I did this”…. Haven’t been back and won’t eat here again after...

Visually not the most appealing, but my 2 year old daughter really enjoyed it. While eating she said “I love pizza, yummy yummy in my tummy”. So that reaction earned Fazoli’s an extra star.

To me the pizza wasn’t bad, wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but It was fine. It would do in a pinch. I think the crust was the best part. One thing I genuinely disliked was they put the pizza in a styrofoam container with no paper down so it melted some of the styrofoam. Also they stacked to slices on top of each other in it, so some of the cheese stuck to the bottom of one of the slices.

I liked the mozzarella skewers but they were really salty. Overall, I’d say this is a good stop if you have kids. The people who work here are...

Tiffany and her staff exceed the very idea of customer service! A long lost art not practiced by today's generation. They were Attentive, professional, polite and caring. This place is the absolute CLEANEST restaurant I have been to in years! Everything and I mean everything is spotless. The floors. The tables. The walls. The windows. The counter. Our food was served hot and exact to order. We were asked no less than 3 times, during our meal, if we needed anything.
