KFC — Restaurant in McMinnville

The drive thru order taker was very rude and seemed like she was having a bad day, when I pulled around to pay the same girl was very rude she rolled her eyes at me when I ask what was the sauces for the tenders. I said all I wanted was to ask about the sauces she shut the window in my face, I told her she was rude and asked to talk to a manager. I proceeded to say what had happened and she , the manager, begun to roll her eyes and said very rude like I'll talk to her, I said if I could talk to someone else and she said you don't get no higher than her I said give me the number to corporate or the owner, she refused. I've been there to this location in McMinnville a few times and they have been very rude several times. I don't like some of the crew workers there. And doubt I'll go back unless these woman are not working. Very unprofessional wouldn't recommend this place to even my enemy. Poor excuse...

We ordered our food ahead of time. Drive from Van Buren County. Took our time getting here. Our order WAS NOT ready. Listen from the time we ordered until the time we got there to get the food it was 40 minutes. My husband goes in to get our order, it isn't ready. They start working on it, and take other people's orders ahead of getting ours ready, and they still get their food before we got ours. We paid 36.00 to have our order not ready, and workers on their phones and serving people ahead of us. No apology, nothing when we finally got it. My husband said the manager was standing there too not helping get orders out. I am giving a 2 star review because their are kids that work there that are nice and trying. But I wanted to give a 1 star review because there is no sense in having to wait on an online order, just saying. Plus they didn't apologize or acknowledge there failure...

Is sizes of the chicken pieces seem to be very widespread everything from a tiny little leg that basically has no meat to a good basic leg that like they used to always carry it takes forever for someone to come over when you go inside for them to take your order you almost have to let them know you're there in order for someone to come help you there's one girl there that wants to always give me a hard time about the senior discount telling me the prices are already discounted then there's other employees that are super nice very helpful and they make sure you get what you want if you get the bowl make sure that you get the proper amount of chicken pieces I've gone there and had everything from 3 pieces of number of times up to the proper amount so now I check every time before I leave the store with it to make sure I got what I'm paying for and not three tiny little...
