Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in McMinnville

I had a coupon flyer .... It said on ad at the top.....buy 2 or more side items and they were cheaper than regular price.... (I can't remember the price) but The point is ..... I even read ( small print) there weren't any exceptions** to the deal... But .....I picked up my order of 2 papa Dias' AND A LARGE SUPER HAWAIIAN PIZZAI was charged full price..... I asked cashier about the 'deal" ? Said " knew NOTHING about it "? They got the manager to come to window and she (explained it away)???? Don't remember what was said exactly..... I was still charged " FULL PRICE"! THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED IN THIS TOWN...... HALF THE WORK, QUANTITY, QUALITY, AND HATEFUL WHEN YOU SAY ANYTHING about it..... Just LAME!!! I didn't even get the cool ranch Doritos dipping sauce with one of the (2) cool ranch Doritos...

An hour and 45 minutes waiting for 2 pizza's. Called the store and some smart mouthed person answered the phone and started telling me how it wasn't their problem. My name is Rev. Parker, I live at 17 Kennedy Circle, McMinnville Tn 37110. Pizza finally delivered after 2 hours. Not hot by any means. I have NO intention of ever ordering from here again. I am so dissatisfied with what happened this evening. I have been eating pizza from this location since it opened. I have no idea who answered the phone, but they should be fired. He said he was from Corporate and he had no control over how the pizza was made or when they would be delivered. When I tried to talk to him, he hung up on me. Boom, cut off. Good Customer...

Ordered a pizza from this place my phone number happened to be wrong on the app driver got lost so instead of emailing me telling me pizza was canceled I had to find out by looking at app and seeing that the pizza was canceled. Called store manager was extremely rude to me said I had to go back on the app change my phone number and pizza would have to be redone. Meaning I would have to spend another $30 to order another pizza which I did not have in my checking account. So instead of just keeping it simple she said haveiI to go back on the app and do it instead of just taking down my phone number and redeliver the pizza. Will never order pizza from this place again Don't suggest anybody else...
