Taco Bell — Restaurant in McMinnville

Garbage food in the a.m . Last night in my way home from work at 2.am I ordered 2 Chicken strip tacos, and a flamming burrito.. The staff were acting like children barking like dogs while I'm waiting. When I get my food the burrito just falls on the bottom of the bag . I've never seen anything like it. Just collapsed in the bag. The soft shell on it and my 2 tacos are soaked in something like water or something. Just trash food. I call today to get my food replaced because the more I think about how I spent my last dollar on this garbage the more I'm wanting to say something. I call the restaurant about 4 hours ago and talked to a manager. I am being so nice to this lady even apologize for complaining, my daughter is a gm I know how people can be nasty. Well I am treated like a idiot. I was actually embarrassed by the time I'm done talking to her. No I'm sorry, she actually cops a attitude when I tell her the employees were barking so she must have been on shift that night for her to be that offended. She saids she has to call her boss and will call me back and never does. It's like this...I paid for what I asked for! They decided garbage was good enough for me. Then act like they can't replace my meal with out going through red tape.. so Decided to leave a review since they won't help me . Toco bell is the worst for messing up orders. I deserve my money back but I didn't ask for that. At this point there just thieves. What was that nasty fluid that all the shells were soaking in? The manager has the nerve to tell me it was sauce! Exscuse me mam but I had to eat my burrito from the bottom of the bag. they were not the same tacos but they were all soaked in something I've ate Taco Bell before that was not close to normal. . But since it was so hard to listen to my issue and resolve it here's a review for yal treat me like a poor peasant trying to get some more free...

Our taco bell in Mcminnville has gone way down hill. The workers are great, but the food is awful. Everyone has always been professional and friendly in there. I sent a complaint to taco bells main website about their food and they told me they would get back with me. Never got an email or heard anything else. Basically I spent close to $25. My moms nachos in the nacho bellegrande were stale. They had like maybe 7 nacho fries with my meal and 7 with hers that were cold and gross. We have both had stale nachos and cheese there before so I guess it's our fault for trying to eat there again. Definitely not worth the amount paid. The strawberry twists we added to our meals were not very good either. I guess what can you expect for $25 these days. Stale chips and cold food. The portions are a lot smaller than they use...

Food is never consistent. Got a burrito supreme that was completely unbalanced in construction and had so many onions in it that I couldn't eat it. I'd get one bite of nothing but lettuce, one bite of nothing but sour cream, and so on. Terrible. Update 11/22/24: just wanted a bite to tide me over, ordered one crunchy taco supreme with two mild sauce packets. I was handed a bag without sauce and requested the sauce again. Pulled over to dress my taco, they gave me a soft taco. Drove around again to get my order corrected. They gave me a regular crunchy taco, not supreme, and it wasn't wrapped, so when I tried to pull it out of the bag everything fell out. Won't be back, especially when there's an independent taco truck that has delicious food, just...
