Wendy's — Restaurant in McMinnville

The visit I had latest was in McMinnville Tn.I have to say that the time I went was at night at drive thru.First I hardly ever have issues but this place here stood out mainly because I use Wendy's alot in Manchester Tn.and it's great.For what it's worth and mostly for future reference I have to say that the operator at the drive through was totally not very polite and mostly pushy and rude.I dont know why they even ask you for your order if then they do not allow you the chance to finish your sentence.cutting you off with questions .When I get to the window and having to wait until I drive to window to be told my total the girl with the attitude opens window told me the total and stares at me while I'm getting my money out holding two drinks that by which had not given straws.i ask if there were any straws she said it's going to be in the bag.so I have to pull ahead and wait for my order wishing I could at least have a drink but had no straws .when bag was finally brought out there were no straws so I had to get out anyway to get two straws.When I get that squared away I then have cold fries salted over salted .The thing here I use Wendy's because I like the flavors In their food.The chicken nuggets had 3 in the container where I usually at least get 5 in the biggie bag deal.There was really no taste to the burger the meat was a neutral taste.The only thing that was there was onion and mustard I have to say in Manchester they seem to aim to please and it shows.This particular Wendys here seemed to not have the people on the team who cared less of your satisfaction or quality.it was like the attitude that it seemed that making an order was just disturbing them so they seemed just want you out of the way not like the communication of any employees that were expressing the Wendy's way with the service .So rounded up the people were not welcoming to the patronage and quality of the food was a let down to the fact that compared to other fast food wendys has always held high to quality of food flavors...

I have been coming to Wendy’s for my after work meal I am a nightshift worker. I come between 6-7 and I order 5 sausage and cheese sandwiches with a large drink and a frosty. Every time it seems like there’s a issue with the frosty machine not being fully prepared ( I understand this since they just opened ) and I simply will cancel my order and go across the street to get something different but this is my primary go to. Two incidents have happened

There was a substance that was in my frosty that I can’t identify I called Wendy’s and complained and the manager gladly fixed the issue no issue I was extremely happy with how she handled it. Thanks Vickie

Today I just got off a long shift and I arrived at 6:30 roughly did my usual order and as soon as they said the frosty machine wasn’t ready I just simply asked to cancel my order and I got laughed at didn’t know who was at the window didn’t bother had a rough night I said have a good day she said it aswell.

Loved the food for a while still do I won’t be laughed at or possibly have my food messed with overall displeased with it...

It seems like every single time I go, I become more and more disappointed with not only their food but, their service as well. People are short with you or shoving food at you to leave. I understand that to a certain extent it just depends on the time of day; wether fast food places are busy or not. As well as what type of day maybe someone is having but, their staff just always seems to be gruff with the way they handle their customers. Also, the fries are always WAY over salted to the point that to me, they're pretty much inedible. Also, they 8/10x seem soggy and only slightly warm. Same with their food. If their food was hot and fresh, I wouldn't have as much to complain about, and my husband and I would probably eat here more often. The only times we go is when we get absolutely sick and tired of McDonald's or Sonic. That or, if we're passing that way out of town and burger king's line is just too long of a wait. I wish I could give this place a higher rating but, due to unfriendliness of the staff and mediocre food, this is why my...
