Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with no lettuce, Asiago cheese, and ranch. I even told them NOTHING ON IT BUT CHICKEN, ASIAGO CHEESE AND RANCH. Go to sit down and eat, sandwiches have lettuce on it, I can't eat lettuce. I bring the slip of paper that states my name and just the sandwichs with the special instructions and remind them verbally what I just wrote. I was nice about it the first time. I take my sandwiches back and they have Mayo. Now I'm getting frustrated, tell them they messed up and put Mayo on it, remind you THEY HAVE THE SLIP OF PAPER TELLING THEM THE EXACT ORDERS FOR THE SANDWICH. They put the ranch and chicken and go to wrap it up and I have to remind them there's Asiago cheese. So they unwrap it and have to add the cheese. They only remade 2 of the 3 sandwichs and I don't have the patience or energy to deal with trying to get the 3rd. Guys they threw away 6 SANDWICHS before even getting them right 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I'm convinced the people working back there can't read English or at least at a proficient level. They were super rude about it too even after the third time of going back I still said thank you afterwards and they just glared at me. Read moreLate night on my way home stopped in and went through the drive thru. Ordered a LG soda and 3large frostys . About half way through mine I take a bite and it has a hair in it. That is definitely disgusting and completely ruined my treat. I would have just let that go but then my daughter had a hair in hers also.we didn't even bother eating the third one. I called the manager and informed her of this and inquired if they wore hair nets. She informed me that they don't even carry them in the restaurant but I could return tomorrow for a full refund. I went back today for my full refund and the manager was at first only going to refund the 2 , when I told him. What the night manager said he gave me a refund for all three but informed me next time I need to bring the frostys back because there's no way that their hair ended up in the frostys. Read moreI accidentally tapped 3 stars when I only ment to give Wendy's 2 star's but the app wont let me take away the 3rd star! Wendy's is not handicap friendly. Their doors are not very wide and they are really heavy. And their handicap parking is way away from their front doors. Their bathroom door is heavy also but it is wide enough to get a wheelchair into it comfortably. But the restaurant its self is set up so that the chairs and tables are close together, makes it not easy for a person in a wheelchair or a walker to get around easily. When I went in there the place was packed and the line was moving so slow it was ridiculous. I don't know who was running the place but they weren't doing a very good job of it! I ended up leaving and not ordering anything. The way they have set up their parking lot makes it hard for a person who is parked to get out, because of the drive through traffic.
