“Amazing” doesn’t even begin to describe this experience my children and I had.

First of all, our original appointment was I believe November of 2023 and I didn’t tell my youngest daughter what we were doing, just that I had a surprise for her. So we drove 2 hours (Eugene - McMinville) for this experience and I was freaking out cause I was already late but we were welcomed still with a warm personality and a radiant smile from our photographer. Then, my daughter (then 6) was having a little personal moment where she just wasn’t comfortable no matter what was happening and she didn’t know how to express her emotions in the moment besides crying. She was refusing, absolutely R E F U S I N G to do this photo shoot. So after some time of trying literally everything possible, we left. I felt so defeated. So upset. I remember getting in my car and just crying cause I was stressed and I could feel my daughters stress all at the same time. And I just knew that this was a missed opportunity.

Well, before we left our photographer gave us a chance to reschedule our shoot because my daughter wanted her sister there with her to help make her more comfortable. ——— fast forward; it is now March of 2024 and our rescheduled photo shoot (which we were late for again of course) and she still saw us. And even went past the alotted time we were scheduled due to us being the last of the day and being late (which she obviously didn’t have to do, and could have just quickly shot a couple pics, or even just declined, but she was having an equally amount of fun that she did a normal photoshoot regardless of time - made it feel more personal than just professional) Now my oldest daughter is (was 11 in Nov) 12 and I thought this was something she wouldn’t be into, like at all so it was just gonna be a surprise for my youngest - let me just say that when I’ve never seen BOTH of my kids this happy and at the same time, I almost cried at witnessing their happiness and extremely boosted confidence this photoshoot gave them. They were trying on dresses, and crowns, and cat walking down the red carpet towards the mirror just soooooo in love with how they looked and their experience. It was wonderful. Laughter throughout the shoot (TONS of laughter). It didn’t feel like a forced photoshoot. They were having so much fun, and they just both had an extremely beautiful and honoring and amazing experience. I just know they’re going to be talking about this for YEARS.

I cannot WAAAIT to see the final results (I’ll probably cry like a baby) and I honestly, might try to do this photoshoot again in a few years.

My daughter is followed by many people (Love4Lexy) on FB & IG because she has survived Brain cancer for 20 years and it has basically ruined her life.

This was the most fabulous experience. My husband drove my mother me & my daughter Lexy from Gladstone to McMinnville OR.

It was a mother daughter photo team and they were incredible we felt very comfortable and at ease from the first greeting & lovely smile they offered us.

They included us in the Magical Experience they created! The Mother Daughter team made it all come alive through their love for what they do.

Lexy has been totally blind Since 9 yrs of age. So they went out of their way to let her feel the props and tell her about them so that she could actually picture what was happening in her mind since she couldn't see all the beauty around her.

As my Mom & I watched, they did everything they could to make my precious girlie comfortable, & make her feel beautiful.& special

They told her she was beautiful they told her she was perfect, said things like "You are gorgeous", "you're loved" & all kinds of really sweet things and made her not only feel special but made it especially memorable!

Lexy has short-term memory loss because of where the tumor is located, but she remembers the occasion still to this day!

She didn't fit in the First dress we tried, her body is a little bit puffy from the chemotherapy she's on and they were so kind and did everything they could to make the dress fit enough to be beautiful for the photo shoot. She took some amazing photos.

We just had the viewing the other day. It was virtually impossible to pick the best photograph for the 8x10 that was offered. They were all so captivating.

Every photo we viewed mimiked the Beauty of an actual Princess Fairy in a storybook so elegant & ethereal!

This was such a magical and exquisite experience for my daughter my mother and I who were present as well.

Watching her interact with the different props which can be difficult for her, she only has the use of one hand, but you would never know it with the way they patiently took time and made this a fabulous and magical Fairy-tastic experience.

Enchanted fairies is NOT worth all the pressure. The quality was disappointing. They do not not honor their "lifetime guarantee."

Enchanted Fairies are extremely aggressive with sales and put high pressure on parents. They ask and pressure you to give 5 star reviews before you even see the pictures. You don't see the pictures until you schedule another meeting with them. They also threaten to charge you $90 if you miss this meeting. They record you on a video call while selling outrageously priced packages. They only allow you to make purchases on that video and force you to sign a waiver that there are no refunds or cancellations the moment you make a selection. They will not move forward unless you sign. They give you no time to make a decision or change your mind. They do not honor any refunds or cancellations. This company is ruthless. This is all before you receive any of the products or view their "artwork" quality. It's basically a blind purchase. You don't even know what the story is of the book they sell beforehand. I received my products and the frames were CHEAP quality, not Italian made like they claim or display in their studio. All the photos have their ugly logo on it :(

If you’re considering a purchase, just know their prices are incredibly high...I paid more than I did for my own wedding photographer and wedding album combined. I definitely have buyers remorse.

Their “free” 8 X 10 that cost $25 would have been enough.

There's too many employees here and you do not get a one on one experience. If you notice on the reviews, it's like a robotic response to every single review. Their customer service is automated and you never speak to the same person. When I reached out, they blocked me and wont honor any of their "lifetime" guarantees.

Parents, you do not need products from this company to build your child’s confidence. That is their strategy for selling to you. You can build your child’s confidence on your own through love and actions. Give them a hug, a high five, not thousand dollar photos or a poorly written book.

The owner responded that they have options for books, but I was not provided ANY options. It's a very calculated response after the robotic one originally received. How about replacing the book with one that actually makes sense???? No? No lifetime guarantees being met here. Its FRAUDULENT.
