Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in McMinnville

I have always loved Dutch Bros… but the past 2 times I’ve gotten coffee at this location- it has been so bitter that I couldn’t drink it. I’m not usually one to take a drink back- and I didn’t last time even though it was my birthday drink…. But today I got a drink I get all the time and once again it was too bitter to drink. Tastes like they are old shots they pour ahead of time. So today I did try to take it back. The “runner” taking orders was very apologetic and kind about it and I was really kind and apologetic myself, and decided to get a “non coffee” drink that actually costs less than my original drink order just to make it easy on them- But when I got to the window the girls who made the original coffee were so rude! Gossipy about me and my order- rude to my face about it- and tried to blame the type of drink I got on why it was bitter…. But I get that drink all the time it’s never tasted like that…. Delicious coffee options! The Nitro Cold Brew is smooth, yet bursting with flavor. As a first timer at Dutch Brothers, the staff was patient and helped create the perfect drink based on my preferences at other chain coffee houses. Sydney and KJ were friendly and so kind as they walked me through options. KJ was filled with information on the menu options and was very descriptive as he went through suggestions. This particular location (Mcminnville) made some great espresso, was very fast, spot on with our drinks (got 'em right the first time without asking several times) and the employees very friendly. Didn't expect anyone to be open at 530 am in Sunday, but there they were. Good strong espresso and cold brew flavors, without being burnt. Price was about half of what we're used to paying around the Seattle area. We were not impressed with some other DB locations, but we'd come back to this one in a heartbeat when we're back...
