Four failures to open on time this year due to a particular barista not showing up for his shift on time (or at all?). I don't have time to waste and Starbucks and Dutch Bros are right across the street. It's not a good look. Disappointing.

Update: So, okay, cranky customer doesn't get her morning coffee one morning out of many, but here's another reason to love Black Rock Coffee; they cared about that, and took time to contact me and take steps to make it right and keep my business. Not gonna lie, being up and working at 05:00 isn't for everyone, and it's a habit that takes time to learn. I get it. I can’t get enough of these guys. Excellent staff. Humble. Not too bubbly like other coffee vendors cough Dutch cough. If I wanted someone to talk to me like an energetic dog I know where to go. But if you are looking for staff that remembers your name. Cares genuinely about your day when they ask how it’s going, and is excited to serve every person. This is the place for you.
