COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! These THIEVES tried to overcharge us (3 WOMEN) stating "they double charge for taxes" 🤯 and once confronted they became EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE AND COMBATIVE. I guess this is how they make their EXTRA TIPS(male with glasses in photo was our waiter) slamming his fist on the table yelling inches away from our faces we had to tell these males (the waiter with the glasses and the short dark hair one in the photos at the register) to BACK up multiple times as they were cursing and yelling being completely out of control "I warned them I was about to call the police To GO GET YOUR MANAGER " ask we requested the manager over 10 minutes ago. Instead of him going to get management he went around the restaurant to his coworkers yelling about the incident. So we got up and went to the front cashier which was another uncooperative female employee we requested that she get the manager she acted as if she didn't understand asking a third employee for management at that time. The manager finally came after about another 10 minutes. And of course he CONFIRMED EXACTLY WHAT WE SUSPECTED they were OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS.. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES!! THEY ALL WERE IN ON THE SCAM THE TWO MALES AND THE FEMALE CASHIER OF COURSE 🤯WE MADE THEM AWARE THAT WE WERE RECORDING AND THEY STATED " THEY DON'T CARE ACTUALLY ASKING ARE WE GOING TO POST THIS TO TIK TOK" 🤯 IM SURE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST INCIDENT LIKE THIS AS THEY WERE WAY...
Read moreGreat food. Competitively priced. The food is always better when you dine in. When you order to go you get less food and totally screwed over when it comes to salsa for the chips. You get a good size bag of chips when you order to go, but only a tiny cup of salsa, like a little ketchup or nugget dipping sauce size cup! When you dine in you get unlimited delicious salsa, but with to go orders you get one tiny cup with a tablespoon of salsa. When you ask for more salsa, you have to pay for an order of 'chips & salsa' which is still only another tiny cup tablespoon of salsa! I love to eat here, and I love their food. But because they are so stingy with the to go salsa, and never give you more when you order to go, Ive taken away a star. They should at least give a cup of salsa for each to go dish that was ordered with the order since their to go salsa cups are so small. In my house we always fighting over that little salsa cup. Order 4-6 entrees and still get that one bitty cup of salsa. La Cocina if you're listening. We want small soup sized cups of salsa with to go orders please. That's all it will take to make you a 5 star restaurant.. I will also add that eating here was more enjoyable before they moved into the new building. Why the busiest restaurant moved into a smaller building with less parking, I'll never know. Oh and the tamales here are not good at all. Ever. But everything else is great when...
Read moreProbably great for the area but definitely sub par at best. Granted it was a Sunday brunch time and the restaurant was definitely close to full but nothing of this establishment stood out for any reason at all. Decent pours for drinks but their house liquor is below call at most establishments. The lime juice is definitely fake and sweetened as well as any fruit you think you're getting in a margarita. The salsa was very tasty and the chips were cooked in clean oil and good shelf life. Only redeeming factor for the two stars. As for the meat that's unseasoned and watered down because it's cooked ahead of time and put in a steam table. The beans were devoid of any flavor as well. The tomatoes they topped as garnish were white as if they were cut days ago. No cilantro in sight. The cheese on top wasn't even melted except for the Jack sauce or cheese dip. The guacamole is very watered down feeling and tasting wise. The bean dip is 9 dollars? A side of rice is $4? Beans and rice devoid of flavor at a 1000 % mark up. Wow.All in all a pretty lackluster $80 lunch with poor service makes it a point to not return again. Probably great for the area but I wouldn't go out of your way. Unseasoned, watered down, and sub par. Step...
