First of all, there are amazing smells when you first approach the building and then as you walk in. The smells are nothing compared to the food. My son and I orderd a whole chicken, fried plantains, onion salad, and some rice and beans. We also ordered a kids 1/4 chicken for my granddaughter.

She would wolf down the chicken as we cut it up for her. We also fed her some of our rice and beans. She loved that as well. As she slowed down we were able to eat.

The chicken was excellent. Great seasoning on it and very juicy. Delicious. The rice and beans were outstanding as well. Even down to the bottom where it was just rice. The fried plantains were very good. Hard to comment on it being it is only the second time having them. They were better that the ones I had prior. The onion salad was ordered on a whim. Glad I got them. They had a unique and delicious flavor.

What sets this place apart from other Peruvian chicken places is the service. Yes, and the food! The service was beyond outstanding. We had a woman bring us our mean ad was always asking if we needed anything else. She was a great to chat with.

When my granddaughter was done with her meal, as we were picking up her table mat. She came up and offered to clean it for us. My son said that he would just wipe it off and wash it when he got home. She told him that she would be happy to wash it. She came back with it all cleaned and in a plastic bag ready for him to take home. She also made sure that we had plenty of containers for the remainder of our meal.

We had a group of about 20 people attend a special lunch on a Saturday afternoon so their appetites were present lol. The wait staff was amazing from start to finish. They moved our tables & chairs together before my party arrived, and offered water, which was a bonus. 👍🏾

Atmosphere was great! Not too loud or crowded, and everyone was seated comfortably. Staff was extremely attentive as well.

For food, I had the Lomo Saltado, and to say it was flavorful is an understatement! The food is palatable in the sense that it is not spicy, but is very well seasoned (sauces are provided to adjust your spice level). I recommend coming on an empty stomach. Portions are great. I had half of mine for lunch, and the rest for dinner.
