My family and I went through their drive thru. We asked the girl to give us a second, she came back repeating the greeting with attitude now within 8 seconds. I asked her again to hold on, she told me they ARE. ON. A. TIMER. Then a man came on and said the greeting and said he can help us order because they are on a timer. I said I would like to look, my husband said thats the point of a menu, for people to look. The man proceeded to throw a huge fit and was screaming at us, we were screaming back at him, he told us to have a great day, I said we weren't moving, he said he'd call the police. I asked for the manager, he said he is. I asked for the general manager, he calimed he is tht as well. We only left because we were picking someone up at the airport. I called and this same weakling picked up and hung up when I asked for corporate's number. I called back, they picked up and hung uo. I called again and a girl answered sounding scared. I asked for corporate's number, the cowardly lion( "general manager") whispered to tell me thry dont have a corporate nunber. She repethe lie, and asserted they dont and hung up. I Googled and called and fuked a report. Im writing this review and will follow up with a well written letter to corporate for extra measure. My baby was crying, my toddler looked disturbed and for what? We are shocked and confused. I didnt know it was the customer 's responsibility to service the employees quickly. I waited at the register for ten minutes, and then an employee walked up to it, looked at me, and then told me a different employee will be helping me. 10 minutes go by and while I'm waiting, the manager comes in asked if I had been helped yet, to which I said "no, I am still waiting." So being the good manager he is, he looks around for a second and then says "I'll have someone help you in a minute" because I'm sure he was pressed with doing other big fast food manager things. After waiting five more minutes, an employee comes over to take my order and I get a double crunch combo. I ask if I can get that Nashville Hot, she says yes. I wait ten more minutes and finally, I have my food. I walk out, go sit somewhere and open the bag. The potato wedges were hard and many were stuck to each other (you literally just put the stuff in a fryer, I don't know how you screw that up) and when I went to eat my sandwich, I saw they gave the normal Georgia Gold or whatever it's called, but they just completely doused the bottom bun with hot sauce instead of putting the correct type of chicken on my sandwich. Today, First, because asking for the chicken big box I instantly was told there were 12 piece and another order and a few more ahead of ours being its 5:30pm when chicken should be already ready to go. Said I was going to have to wait. It acted as if they didn't want another and almost considered going somewhere rlse because of the already ratchedness that erupted. Said it would be 15 minutes to wait and asked if I wanted to still wait 3 times I guess hoping I change my mind. I sure wish I did change my mind with the quality of the food. Every time I've came here the past 3 times the chicken is cooked in oil that needs to be disposed of. Because of cooking in this the chicken is not crispy but extremely dripping with grease and you can taste burnt oil in the chicken. The oil needs to be dropped and fresh oil to cook in. No matter how spices the recipe has I couldn't taste not one of them over the burnt oil taste. The chicken was still drenched in oil and placed in the box and soaked through the box and chicken fell out into the bag. The order had items mixed up. There was no sauce and no spoons for the sides. Had to go back in to get sauces and spoons and no napkins was there except for 2 already drenched in oil at the bottom of the bag. This is the worst KFC I've had.
