Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

This Pizza Hut SUCKS. One of their male drivers (who had an attitude) answered the phone and when I told him I wanted to put an order in for delivery, he asked me for a phone # and address which I gladly gave him. He then tells me they will not deliver that far which is a baldfaced lie considering I have placed orders with them before and they have delivered.. I mean, really?! They deliver to my neighbors who are not even a block away so why not deliver to my house?! I am only 2 miles from this Pizza Hut. Brunetti's Express is way farther and they gladly deliver. the wait was 35 to 40 minutes. The lobby was extremely busy and had to wait inside for an additional 5 minutes. The pizzas were lukewarm. My family prefers Papa John's but I prefer Pizza Hut. It was my turn to pick and I must say I was very disappointed and wish we'd gone to Papa Johns. The staff at the location was friendly personable and working hard. They were just understaffed and the true issue is really the quality of the ingredients. Definitely not the pizza I remember. Maybe it was just an off-day but we literally throw away Pizza. If zero stars were possible to give, that's what I'd put. We don't eat out much and decided to order as more of a treat for my husband and kids. Placed an order online, when it got here 45 minutes later, it was completely wrong. I called and was placed on hold forever before being put on with the manager, Jay. They tell us they will send someone to pick up the wrong order and restart an order. By this point we are 1.5 hours in with nothing on the way.
