Placed order through drive through and got the food quickly,and that was a red flag to me since I ordered a fish sandwich which usually is guaranteed to be cooked upon ordering it,usually.This was not the case the one they gave me was about 3/8" thick and smaller than the small bun it was hidden on,now when opened i also found nothing else,no tartar sauce or lettuce or pickles oh did I say it was stone cold well it was it was colder than my the temperature of my drink.I would have thought the quality of this store would have been its top priority since drive through is basically what has kept its employees from being furloughed, at this rate your store will probably be closed for good in the near future.This review is for my fellow residents of Mechanicsville, dont stop at this store ,if you do walk next door to McDonald's to eat if you want to get food that looks like the menu pictures. Read moreIve been to this burger king several times in the past years until they started remodeling to this new awsome updated burger king. My best friend and i left wells fargo next door and decided to have a snack before we went to run more errands. By far today 5/30/25 was the worst service i have ever had in the hospitality business. As a previous restaurant manager, server, host, cook, bartender for the last 30 + years I will never attend this burger king again !! I have never said this about any of the restaurants ive been in or visited. The attitude of the drive thru lady that took our order was no where near profesional or kind ..... she was the rudest, disrespectful person i have ever met in this business!!!!. Also never give an option to ketchup or onion ring sauce when i clearly stated both !! Because i had one of each !!! Two separate ordrrs !! fries and onion rings !!! We didn't have an option. The whole experience was horrible . They should have remodeled there...

I called and reached out for a manager if able to do some business. I asked a question and gave a simple explanation why I reached out. The store manager didn’t even bothered to answer. All I need is to know if they’re interested or no respectfully.
However, the manager only said hello and after hearing me out for a quick 5 seconds. I got hung up without saying anything else. This is very rude and distrustful. I wouldn’t do business or bother to eat here if this is how the business treats their guest or customers on the phone.
If the district manager or someone higher up that sees this review. As a manager of a restaurant myself. You need to train your lead roles to be better. This was extremely unprofessional. How would you operate a business if you’re not fit to even bother to say a simple yes I’m interested or no?...
