I really want to like this store...I am local and would LOVE to keep my business local. I have visited throughout the summer, however each visit left me disgusted....it is always understaffed, usually one juvenile struggling with inside and walk up traffic, the outside walk-up window area is littered with trash, and the wait is extensive as the one juvenile working is either helping All customers inside or at the outside walk up window...she does not go back and forth. I have never seen an adult working on any visit. Poorly ran and...

Stopped by this nice little shop today and had a great experience. The waffle cone with sprinkles was soooo good with muddy boots ice cream! There was only 1 employee working but she was very nice even while handling a rush of customers with screaming kids. Will...
