Starbucks — Restaurant in Medford Township

Pissed off. I love this place but let me say! The new people can just go somewhere else. I mean that from the bottom of my heart! I order here everyday this particular day I asked for my normal and added cinnamon powder. The older lady act as if she didnt hear me and ask me to repeat I ask her what did she hear? She said nothing back and show me the screen. She missed my oat milk and Cinnamon powder, and a grande. I repeated it back. I get to the front paid for it and I get 10 mins up the street and Realize NO CINNAMON POWDER in my drink😒. I did call the store and stated I didn't get what I ask for and I need to come back however this was 6 am! I even stated how are we at the drive through and not double checking the order.it takes 1 sec to do so! NO It was not crowded at all!!! Now if my favorite workers is not there won't attend to this location! I will drive off.! As photo shown no Cinnamon powder nd if you look at the Receipt it states...

THESE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE SO KIND AND SWEET AND WONDERFUL. my card wasn’t working for some reason (i hate my bank) even though i had enough money on it to pay for my order which was around $12, and they had already made my drink and my food so the beautiful amazing gorgeous kind worker covered me and gave me my order for free, and i’m assuming paid for it. i know that was probably annoying, i’ve had to take money out of my tips before for similar reasons and it can be so inconvenient, jobs like these are hard and you deal with customers that suck sometimes so i just want this worker to know that i am so thankful and i am so sorry you had to pay for my order!!!!! you are such a sweet soul, i appreciate you so much. i felt so bad because i didn’t have cash or any other form of payment and i wish i could have at least given a tip, but please know i am so...

Service is not great. Did a mobile order which took an extra 15 minutes after the pick up time. I went in and a barista asked for my name as I picked up my food item. The other barista started my two drink orders then let it sit in the blender for 5 more minutes just to watch him stop and make six more drinks for people who walked in and ordered (not mobile orders). He then proceeded to pour my Frappuccino’s into the cups and set them in drive through. I asked him the name on those drinks he then rolled his eyes and turned his back to make another order. The other barista asked my name and said those drinks in drive through were mine. The Frappuccino’s now were completely melted and my food was cold.
