Beautiful Brides Hair and Makeup Philly — Local services in Medford Township

I called Dana when I found out pretty last-minute that the makeup artist I had booked for my wedding last year did not save our rescheduled date in her calendar. Their website stuck out to me because of their focus on natural make-up. She immediately reached out to me and scheduled a trial with one of their makeup artists, Liz. Liz listened to me at the trial and really nailed the natural makeup look. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Dana coordinated with my hair stylist and they set up a seamless timeline. For our actual wedding day, Dana also arranged for Nataly to come with Liz to make sure that we had enough time for everyone to get their makeup done. All of these details made the whole day stress-free for not only myself, but for my family and friends who also got their makeup done for the event. Liz and Nataly did an amazing job and I loved how each person's makeup looked perfect for their own individual looks. Amanda at Beautiful Brides Philly did an incredible job for my NYE wedding. I asked for slightly different eye makeup than we agreed on at my trial, and the result was flawless! I was also ridiculously sick with a head cold, extremely red and puffy. She was so good at hiding all those flaws on my face. Nobody could tell I was sick until I opened my mouth and spoke! I was also nervous about my hair, as I have tape in extensions and my natural hair is crazy frizzy, but Amanda made it look sleek and exactly how I imagined it for my retro-glam look!

She was also super flexible the day of, as I paid to have my mother’s hair and makeup done, but Mom chickened out (she doesn’t wear any), so one of my aunts got her hair done and another her makeup.

Dana and her team were convenient, affordable, and helpful during the planning and execution of hair and make up for my wedding. Dana makes a wedding day schedule, which is detailed and worked perfectly with my detail-oriented day-of schedule. She also helped when some of my bridesmaids wanted to change their services about a month before the wedding. In terms of the hair and make up, the team listened to what I wanted, looked at the inspiration photos I brought, and told me what would and would not work for my hair and skin. They helped get me to a romantic look that elevated what I already had naturally, rather than feeling like I had a tone of make up on. On the day of the wedding, they all arrived all time, and were familiar with the hotel room so that we didn't blow any fuses with any of the blowouts that were being done.
