I have been patronizing this location for 3 years without any real issues. This evening, I went to pick up my prescription and shop. The man at the front counter was so rude and condescending but I decided to let it slide and remain pleasant. Then, when my sister came to the counter, his level of disrespect with her was out of control. She had a coupon on her phone. He looks at it, taps on it and starts hitting buttons at which point she asked what he was doing. Instead of answering her, he continued to swipe around on her phone. She had to physically take it out his hand and it was on the Google homepage. He said people present fake coupons so he was verifying it. A. You could have said that when she questioned you initially B. Scan the coupon and see if it declines. Accusing people of faking a coupon for no reason at all is not cool. His response " if you would just print it out before you get here you could save us both the trouble". So let me get this straight...a coupon on the phone in the CVS app is fake but a piece of paper I printed at home would be more believable???...I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. I challenged this because I know he's not the manager. Then I ask for his name (because of course he's not wearing a name tag) and he says it's David. I check my receipt, his name is JAMES!!!! I immediately walked back to the pharmacy and confirmed that he lied about his name and they went to get the actual manager on duty for me. The nerve of this guy to lie right to my face multiple times as if I'm not intelligent enough to figure it out. Long story short, James has no place in customer service and I suggest CVS handles this sooner...
Read moreI went in to buy an item secured in a locked display. The young woman behind the counter did not have a key but called over the intercom to bring someone up.
The item was near the back so I headed back there. A man came from the back with a CVS shirt on and jiggling some keys. I figured he was going to the front to answer the call from the clerk. I tried to save him that trip all the way to the front and back again. I said "Are you the one coming to unlock the display?"
He stared blankly and annoyingly at me. Then he said with a snarky tone something along the lines of, "Sorry, my ESP isn't good enough to know what you're talking about."
He went to the front, and I followed. He eventually got the idea that he was supposed to unlock the display and made it quite clear to me with his manner that I was causing him a huge inconvenience. I took the item up to the front to pay for it. The $10 off coupon on the label wasn't being subtracted, so I asked the young woman why. She said the coupon (the one directly attached to the product, mind you) was expired.
Look, if he didn't hear her call him for assistance, which is possible, his snarky jerk attitude and answer to my question is still inexcusable. If they left a coupon on a product, they should honor it.
I told the young woman (who was very nice and very professional and the only reason for the second star) that I hoped she had a good day, but I wasn't going to buy the item after the coupon problem and the way her co-worker Chuckles the CVS...

I would like to give my another experience with this store, Couple of weeks before, by mistakenly Doctor prescribed through this location for my son. I got a automated call that prescription is ready for pick up. I drove to pick up window and waited almost 20 mins, no one showed up. I rang bell 3-4 times. Then the girl (same girl as before) came towards window and moved back, I don't know why? I waited again for another 10 mins. She kept looking at me but never came to the window.
