I just would like to take a moment to leave an exceptional review for AT&T Medford Store. All of the employees (Myra, Leo & Jon) rallied together over a course of 2 days.
I had an iPhone that overheated, no fault to me apparently. They advised me to go to the Apple Store to have them look at it. I went there and it went out for repair. Then I went back and tried to get my phone number put on an old phone. We couldn't because my Driver's License was out of date by a week or two. Myra called the fraud department and spent almost 2 whole hours on the phone with them in between Jon helping customers. They were exhibiting great communication to each other so that everyone was getting the adequate help needed promptly.
I came back with my driver's license renewed, and we still had issues somehow transferring the number because Apple wanted to send us a code to verify my identity, but we could not access the phone due to it being in repair still- countless minutes with a sales rep on the phone- we tried everything. Jon has the patience of a Saint. It started to be very frustrating, and he had a very nice soothing personality, made me confident he had things under control.
So I decided to get a pre-paid sim card put in my old phone so I could at least make calls and perform some work for my 2 businesses. Leo, whom is amazing- got it all set up for me within minutes. friendly as ever- made the time go by very quickly.
I just want to give credit where credit is due. I felt like this crew did everything to satisfy my need for my phone issues. And all in all- it was an Apple issue. I really hope whomever is reading this review gives this store a chance. We all learned a lot in those two days. Great service, Great personality & over all got my vote for 5 Stars.
They all deserve a pay raise. never did I feel excluded nor like anyone didn't want to help me.

   Read moreI’ve had this iPhone 1 day, but I really do not like the phone. It’s awkward to go from one feature to another. It actually drives me a bit crazy. For our home business, we use Square to handle credit card sales. The problem is that there is no port to plug in the Square device on the iPhone 11. I had to use my Wife’s phone to complete a transaction and I can not keep doing this. Purchasing the phone was ok. 2 different sales associates were both great! Both were patient and knowledgeable. AT&T Medford NJ is a whole different world than the AT&T in Marlton/Voorhees. In the end, who knew the iPhone 11 wouldn’t have ports like the iPhone S. We went to the store and while me and husband were busy with representative, our kids touched a few phone cases and Leo came screaming at them. Who gave him rights to yell at our kids. Next, a week later , we got email that our new phone is delivered to store and when we called store to ask about it, they completely denied and gave us a senseless story.
