Arby's — Restaurant in Medford

What a terrible experience in what should be a decent fast food restaurant. I first went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there were no paper towels and no other method to dry hands. Then I went out and thought I'd use napkins to dry them only to learn that there were no napkins either.

The cashier that took our order had an enormous deep blue hickey on her neck-an absolutely gross sight that speaks volumes of the restaurant's values. While we were ordering, we learned that many things weren't available. We ordered the sandwich that's currently being advertised but learned they're out of the buns for it (Hawaiian roast beef sandwich). They were also out if curly fries. How can a restaurant be sold out of something that defines them?

Went in for lunch today, has never been great, but every now and then get a craving for an Arbys Roast Beef.

This is the last time I will make this mistake.

Two of the soda selections were out of order. Ketchup dispenser empty, Counter was absolutely filthy.

Asked at counter for ketchup and she acted like I was putting her out. Told her dispenser was empty and counter needed attention and she just stood there looking at me with no response. They were not busy and when we left, no one had made any attempt to clean anything. There were at least 3 employees standing back there doing nothing.

Bad experience. Got our Hawaiian fish sandwich and it was barely put together, just a mess and the bottom bun was burnt. We showed them and the fixed it. Sure they did. All they did was remove the burnt bun and put it on top or the top was also burnt. We got it back and the bottom was fine and the top was burnt. Our Mac and cheese, well you don't need to put a it's hot sticker on it cuz it wasn't even warm. My slider was also cold. We just gave up and left. We won't be there again for a long time. We usually don't go to Arby's anyway cuz the place is so so so slow. Now we won't be going due to today's food. Our whole meal needed to be redone or replaced.
