Absolutely delicious! Italian food is my absolute favorite and I know great Italian when I taste it. Fresh homemade pasta with a delicious homemade sauce. Very good meatballs. My friend had chicken parm which was pounded nice and thin and flat and he said it was delicious. Homemade linguine on the side. Everything was cooked perfectly and served hot and fresh. We did take out but food tasted like it was just served. Very reasonable average prices for the quality. I got a chocolate torte cake slice for dessert that was kind of dry and wasn't crazy about it. But my friend got a canoli and said he he could tell it was freshly filled and fantastic. Definitely recommend for a delicious homemade Italian meal.
7/12/23 I have been going here regularly. Linguine is always made on premises. Delicious home made sauce. Large portions. Chicken parm with linguine is $15. About the same as Mc D's or Burger King meal! Linguine and meatballs is also $15 but easily 2 meals unless your a huge eater. Fresh baked bread and parmesan included. Desserts are kind of pricey but absolutely delicious and worth the occasional splurge. They have a Mon-Thurs pizza special, lg cheese pizza for $9. I think 5 or 6 to closing. Sign in restaurant or you can call. Special is not on website or menu. Casual but comfortable small restaurant with old wood booths and tables. They will put tables together for larger parties. Small wood bar and full alcohol menu and drinks. Older small restaurant, nothing fancy, but great old school Italian food and older, comfortable, casual vibe. Near my home and I go at least once a week. Very reasonable prices compared to other places these days. No parking lot but you can usually find something within a few minutes unless it's busiest days/times it might take a little longer or a block...
Read moreFour of us were there for a late lunch about 2pm on Friday the 10th. The waitress came by a placed water on the table with no glasses, we had to ask for them. After 10 minutes she got our drink order. My sister got her coke and my nephew still hasn't received his drink, he is waiting. She came back an got our dinner order. my nephew still didn't receive his drink. An hour goes by no drinks no food. We are trying to locate her , she finally came by and said she'll check on them. She comes by later and says did you get a certain dish, we said no. It's 330 now no drink, no food. She comes by and says I'm sorry I for got to press the send button the orders didn't go through. We were so disgusted, we got up and left could not wait another hour for our meals to come out. She wasn't very apologetic at all and didn't offer anything for her mistakes. We couldn't stay we needed to be somewhere. The next day I tried to call the manager Kayla and they kept saying she was busy and they took my number to call me back. Never called. I tried to reach out 3 times no Kayla. I still want to talk to her. My family has worked there since depasquali and when Nick owned it. My mother worked as a cook for 25 years and never had this experience there. After discussing this with a few people, they heard it's happened to others. I know it's changed under new management. But there should be more training with the waiters The food there is amazing and some of the recipes are my moms from years ago with Phil and Eleanor. Kayla please call me back, you have my...
Read moreThis is my second visit to Bocelli's under its new management and I am happy to say that the quality and tradition of this vintage Italian restaurant continues. The appetizers I’ve enjoyed include the freshly prepared eggplant rollatini. My favorite salad is the Caesar, always fresh and covered with plenty of shaved cheese and a delicious dressing. The house salad is a generous mix of greens, tomato, onions, olives, broccoli and green beans. My favorite entrée is the chicken cacciatore which is made to order from fresh slices of chicken breast and a homemade marinara sauce with fresh mushrooms, peppers and onion. I also enjoy the traditional chicken, broccoli and ziti served with a freshly prepared alfredo sauce. The breads are always fresh and flavorful. I also enjoy the garlic bread that is prepared with or without cheese. The soups are made to order and offer a variety of ingredients depending on your preferences. Bocelli's also offers a variety of fresh vegetable sides including fresh spinach sauteed in olive oil and seasoned to your taste with fresh garlic. The Italian deserts are arrayed in a beautiful display case which is a work of art in itself. I think you’ll be particularly pleased if Stef or Cleo are your servers. They’ll make you feel...
