I'm a huge fan of "street tacos". I've tried all sorts of trucks and restaurants around the Valley. I would have to say that El Chapo by far has the best tacos de cabeza and menudo. The tacos are savory, juicy, and gelatinous. I could eat the menudo every weekend. Absolutely incredible.
