Taco Bell — Restaurant in Medina

Have ordered twice since they came back out with the street chalupas, BOTH TIMES I went there it has been soooo skimpy. Legit two pieces of steak on my taco... when I did the first return I called and spoke with manager (stone) he was super nice made it super easy. I couldn't make it back for a couple days. Stone said just throw the food out and bring in the receipt... a week later I do that, the manager GAUGE fights with me and tells me i need to have the food... afternoon get upset he then says "calm down we will get it figured out" .. I ended up getting my refund..but now my taco has like no meat on it... I just spent another 20$ on food to get this... why man... and then when you say something you gotta have ALL the food an receipt...I spend MY HARD EARNED MONEY, in hope's I get some good food and I get this... again.. go to the one in.brusnwick.. the actually hook there burritos an tacos up.. unlike here, where gauge is trying to save taco bell for w.e. weird reason (it's just making the customers not want to go to...

Got there with friends and we placed our orders together. My friends got their food and my husband and I had to wait on ours. And wait. And wait. And wait. Our friends completely finished their order and threw away their trash and we were still waiting. At the counter, in plain eyesight. The staff completely ignored us standing there. Finally I had to shout "Hey!" to get someone's attention. I asked where our food was and they said it was almost done. At this point the other people in the restaurant are getting irate, as no one else after us had gotten their food yet either, and my husband and I had been waiting 22 minutes at this point. They finally tossed our order on the counter, so we grab it and join our friends at the table. Of course, the order was completely inaccurate. We had to ask them to remake 2 items and one item was missing entirely. Absolutely unacceptable after a 25 minute wait. Will...

I pulled up to drive thru at 10:45pm. Lights were on and there were THREE cars in the parking lot. I said hello about 4 times and when I pulled around to the front I SAW A WOMAN WALK STRAIGHT TO THE BACK ANDNOUT OF SITE. no one spoke to me nor did they even acknowledge that I was there. I will NEVER come to this Taco HELL again. Beyond rude. Very unprofessional. I've worked fast food AND retail and whenever I have to close early I LET MY CUSTOMERS KNOW. and when I CALLED the line was busy. I waited 20 min and the line was STILL busy. Which means they took the phone off the hook so they didn't have to answer it. I wl be calling corporate to let them know they are losing money and customers due to being ignored. That's childish of your employees to literally run and hide from customers. Seriously idk how they even have jobs if they are scared to...
