Worst service yet! Went in and ordered , I forgot to order rice on my food, so I went back and told them it was my mistake and asked if they could just add rice I had no problem paying for a side of rice if need be , BUT I was told by the man who corrected my food that it was of no charge and he was happy to replace it by order of the manager. I get to the cash register and Ashleigh, the blonde employee was very rude to me as she was when I originally went in 15 minutes prior . I told her my situation and how I mistakenly forgot to add rice , and that I would pay for the price of the side of rice they would've charged. She told me I had to go pay for the whole meal all over again because my original meal left the store. She didn't even let me finish explaining the issue before walking away to get a manager, the manager told me the same . They were both very rude and said they would charge me for the second when I returned the original to the store employee. They didn't in any way try and resolve the issue . They said my receipt was incorrect because Ashleigh didn't charge me for quacamole or the correct item . She doesnt listen to the actual order so she charges it incorrectly and than tells me I am wrong because she doesn't know how to do her job. I payed 25$ for one queserito. Since it's near closing I'm calling tomorrow to speak to the store manager , the service I experienced tonight was just awful . You would think they would try to correct the problem instead of causing a new one but I am tired of being mistreated by Ashleigh the blonde employee who doesn't care about the customer's experience . Read moreYesterday, I placed an order for a company meeting through the app. After receiving the order, we realized all of the food was made incorrectly. This being an important company meeting, I went up to the store to see if I could get these items made correctly. When I went up to speak with someone who presented themselves as the manager (Cassie Strawder), she told me she knows she made them all correctly because she made them herself. I told her how specifically the bowl that I ordered had lettuce on it and I know I did not order it that way because I cannot eat lettuce. She got very upset with me and told me to call 1-800-Chipotle for a refund. I told her I did not want a refund, and I only wanted my food made correctly. She flat out told me she was not remaking it and asked me to move out of the way so she can help the next person behind me. I told her that I was just going to reorder the entire order so my company has food to eat and she got an attitude with me and walked away and left her employee (John L) to deal with our whole order. He did great making the order over! I just couldn't believe I was practically denied service as a paying customer!! Read moreWe have been there the last 3 weekends and the service was terrible each time. I can appreciate having a bad night, but this was the last straw for my wife and I. Each time they have been out of multiple options, incredibly slow, uncoordinated, under-staffed, and rude (specifically the cashier). I am a biweekly Chipotle enthusiast that usually goes to the Highland Square store. That store has never been disorganized. If you walk in there with a complete line of people out the door, they can still cycle through the customers in 10 minutes. We waited 40 minutes last night with only 5 people ahead of us. Only 2 people were on the line and one person was doing the whole hand in the lettuce and cheese, they grabbing the marker and writing on the burritos. There is a reason these workers were gloves and it's not just for show. You shouldn't go from clean to dirty surfaces and back without changing gloves. Management of this place is totally lackIng and the workers are totally incapable of keeping the food and other items stocked. Last night, they were using masking tape to seal the bowls because they were out of bowl tops. Portion sizes also seem smaller than most other locations. Bad service. Poor option availability.
