I called and made an order for pickup. I was unable to pick it up due to my car not starting so while trying to get my car to start and be fixed for two hours I get a voicemail from them TWO hours later. I call back letting them know my car broke down and I’m sorry. She acted awkward and said “ooookay….well it’s ready” I said “I understand but my car isn’t working I’m sorry” she said “oookay well if you still want it we have it” I said “thank you I would like it but once again my car is not starting and it’s probably cold now I’m very sorry” she said “well you need to call us next time!!” Im sorry that the state of my vehicle was on the forefront of my mind and not my order. 1.) don’t blame me. 2.) why call me two hours later expecting anyone to pick up cold imitation crab 3.) maybe once you knew I was struggling you could have offered better customer service and offered to remake it and deliver it. Genuinely the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Got the beef slices with garlic sauce and teriyaki chicken. First of all, it comes with plain rice, not fried rice. If there was any garlic on the ‘beef’, you Couldn’t taste it. The ‘beef’ was equivalent to rubber. Legitimately the most chewy meat I’ve ever had and along with the watery, flavorless sauce it was just awful. On top of that, several pieces of beef WERE COMPLETELY RAW (see attached picture). The chicken was no better. I’m convinced this place doesn’t know what teriyaki sauce is because what we were given was some kind of water with salt and sugar on chicken that was just as rubber as the beef. Sorry to say but I ordered 2 of the spicy beef combo with fried rice and some other stuff, and this food is nasty as hell! I can't believe they are in business! Worst food ever! I actually returned my order and trust me when I say I have never in my live have returned food to a restaurant before! I spend 20 dollars and got back 12 because I had ate a few bites of the fried rice! Only reason I ate a few bits is because I ordered the food at night and I couldn't return that same night because they closed right after I got my food so I had no choice! I would have taken it back if it wasn't for that and gotten something else! But the beef was mushy and tasted horrible!
