We recently visited Wallace Home Furnishings in Medina, Ohio, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! My wife had been searching for quality office furniture for quite some time but was struggling to find anything that wasn’t made of particle board or expensive solid wood that fit our budget. We searched the surrounding area with little luck finding something affordable and decent.

By chance, while in Medina, Ohio we discovered Wallace Home Furnishings. Although the store appears small from the outside, don’t let that fool you! The service and friendliness of the owner, Rick Wallace, stood out above everything else. He took the time to sit down with us, listen to our needs, and while he didn’t have exactly what we were looking for on the floor, he pulled out some catalogs for us to browse.

The desk in his own office was very similar to what my wife had been envisioning. And the pricing? It was unbeatable! Rick clearly runs his business to help people because the price for the office desk and hutch was the best we had found anywhere.

If you’re in the market for furniture, definitely stop into Wallace Home Furnishings. You won’t be disappointed!

Update: We ordered the desk and hutch during our initial visit and the time estimate Rick provided was spot on. The delivery and setup team was fantastic—friendly, polite, and very helpful in getting the desk and hutch positioned exactly where my wife wanted them. The furniture is absolutely beautiful! We were so impressed that we called back a week later to order two matching bookcases...

Recently uprooted from the SW part of the country & moved to Ohio for the next life chapter. We were intrigued by the possibilities that this store offered, but wanted to see what else was out there. Bouncing around through several furniture stores, over the course of 3-4mos looking at every type of furniture imaginable. At the end of it all, we went back to see Rick @Wallace Home Furnishings. We talked for a bit about exactly what we wanted since we had a much better idea at this point. Rick hit us with just the right sized piece of furniture with all the features we wanted. Added bonus was a price no one could even think about coming close to. The furniture arrived and we couldn't be happier with it. It is extremely well made, heavy, & not some cheap Amazon or Discount Warehouse construction. The powered features are also nice components & don't look to be made out of recycled junk from a 3rd world manufacturing facility. If you are looking for any, and I do mean ANY home furniture, go talk to Rick. He is a down to Earth, no pressure, laid back, easy to work with kind of guy.

Living, dining, bed room, office, you name it Rick can get you what you want at prices...

I hate to give a bad review as it’s not something I typically do. However, I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the furniture we purchased there especially the bed. We bought a set of couches for around $2500 one didn’t end up fitting our living room so immediately upon receiving it we asked to return it. Apparently they don’t do returns either (so be aware as we weren’t) but they offered to exchange for another Piece of furniture for equal or lesser value.(fair enough). Well we were shown a catalog with lots of pictures and not actual furniture and there were no prices on the pages. When we asked about a particular bed the owner said it was worth well over $600 and would exchange the small couch for the bed. We were disappointed when the bed came in made of very cheap and dingy mdf but we figured for our petite 3 year old boy it would do as a starter bed and didn’t want any more trouble. Well it’s been less than a year and the bed completely collapsed. The couches are also not very comfortable kinda feel like you’re sitting in a hole and the pillows are badly sagging for one year old. I doubt they will last very...
