They LOVE "bait and switch" ... which means they quote you for one price over the telephone, and then give you a completely different price when you come in. We called ahead asking for the price to appraise 2 rings. We were told $50 ... and then when we went to the store a day later, the price was suddenly $65 instead.

Then, during the appraisal the woman grabbed one of my baget stones with a pair of plyers and really YANKED on it - and announced the stone was loose and it would cost $12 to tighten. I agreed and left the ring ... and when I returned a few days later I was told it now cost $25 to tighten that one prong. The fellow was actually quite nasty about it, he said the ring (which his place had just appraised for $4,000) was a piece of junk and I really shouldn't wear...

I have read other reviewers and I can't believe this is the same place they are referring too. It's a small shop in Medway, MA. They have repaired jewelry and watches for me and have always done an excellent job. They have always been consistent in their pricing. I trust this place and the owners who have never steered me wrong. I've bought diamonds from them and they have always been appraised for more than they sold them when I have gotten separate appraisals. I don't usually write reviews and saw some of the reviews when checking their hours and really felt strongly that I had to share the positive experiences I've had with everyone. They are great people and I try to support the mom and pop stores in our towns to keep them in business. Love and trust...

Staff was super nice and friendly and they had fair pricing. I brought a couple of rings in to be repaired, one was done perfectly. My wedding band and engagement rings weren’t as successful, they bonded them together as one ring without checking and after 3 months one of the diamonds fell out....
