i just left this dumpster fire of a business. i placed my order over the phone since the website was down or something, the lady that took my order was just rude from the start but whatever i let it slide no big deal. i get there and see my order is ready but needs to be paid for and theres noone in line so i pay and see my order sitting on the counter. the manager(or whoever she was i didnt care to get her name tbh) says my order will be right out, confused as i am im cool with it and say nothing even though my order is on the table and im staring right at it. she then proceeds to get other peoples orders ready and hands them out with me just standing there dumbfounded. i ask for my money back because im pissed at this point and figured shes doing this on purpose because i didnt tip her(probably spot on, im usually a really good tipper but this place has done this to me 2 time thus far and i just stopped because what am i tipping these useless people for?)she then has the nerve to ask me why im requesting a refund as if i didnt just watch her ignore me and my order. then she gives me the wrong change (handed her two 5 dollar bills and she handed me back one 5 dollar bill and four 1$ bills) at this point im just livid and walk out of the store without my food and a dollar short, keep it as a tip lady, clearly you needed it. just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your overpriced...
Read moreSo I’ve gotta say that the employee that has had the misfortune of dealing with me is a great guy. That’s the two stars there. However spending $70 on fast food and to be missing several items from your order is a little frustrating. What’s worse though is the circle jerk of getting your food or speaking with a manager. This guy can’t give me my missing sodas, fries or veggies because of inventory. What’s more is over the last few days of getting to the bottom of it I’m told that the manager isn’t there after multiple calls and visits, I’ve left my number at the request of the poor young man, received no calls or texts, given a number that connects you to automated call HELL where you’re not allowed to talk to anyone that breathes oxygen and last but not least, the corporate email address online bounces back as undeliverable. Then the cold food. I mean honestly it’s just a reallly expensive way to not get cancer from the garbage ingredients that this stuff is made of but if you’re gonna eat this crap you’re gonna be advised to TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER ACCURACY. I’d understand if it was rush time, but putting people through this crap and to have an order messed up at 2pm in the middle of the week is kinda ridiculous. Anyways thanks to the pleasant young man with all of the tattoos. You’re a star and I hope you get the opportunity to work for a place that doesn’t suck this bad...
Read moreBuffalo Wild Wings was really great. This was my first visit, I snagged 20 wings for just $20—a steal so good it deserves its own victory lap! The wings? Oh, they were crispy, saucy perfection, bursting with flavor and so fresh they practically fluttered off the plate. And let’s not sleep on the fries—golden, crunchy, and the ideal sidekick to this wing extravaganza.
But the real MVP of the night? Mac, the general manager, who runs the show like a culinary quarterback. His hospitality was next-level—making sure every detail was spot-on, from the speed of service to the smiles that came with it. Mac’s got the kind of energy that turns a meal into a memory, ensuring we left with full bellies and big grins.
Buffalo Wild Wings Go nailed it with fresh food, a killer deal, and top-tier service. I’m already counting down the days until I’m back for another round of those...
