As soon as we got there the meat was covered with metal covers so you can't see them making your sub. The guy making our sub literally hardly put any meat on my husband's sub and did not listen to what we asked of him regarding the toppings. The toppings we did get where skimpy and he was asked to put more on and just looked at us like he didn't want to do his job. We ordered a churro as well and not only was it still raw in the middle, but he never changed his gloves after touching meat snd veggies (can you say cross contamination?). We told the guy we were dining in and he wrapped my sub anyways. Upon looking at my receipt it states "if it's not right, I'll make it right! Tonya Troutman Manager" so I called the number when we left, had to leave my name and number and never got a call back. I will be making sure I follow up with this as it's a huge health risk to be doing that to the meat and handing other foods with the same pair of gloves. This manager took the job knowing that mistakes would likely be made and that she was to be held accountable for her and her teams actions. And since she's not following simple guidelines of her job duties, I will be contacting higher up and making her responsible. Possibly even a call to the health department about the covered meats because that's just disgusting. When I worked for Subway none of this behavior would have been accepted and I would have been fired. Shame on you Tonya...
Read moreWent in today and it was busy but we were not in a rush and not worried. There were two ladies working and doing a great job. One of the girls started to take our order and was super nice. I told her y’all are doing awesome! And to continue the conversation I said y’all just need a couple more people. (In order to make it easier on them not that they are doing a bad job) Then the other lady who is the General Manager of the store chimes in to the girl that I was talking to saying people have been saying that all morning. She said that in a very very snarky rude way too. Then my husband said a remark oh I had applied to be general manager but unfortunately didn’t get it. The general manager then rolled her eyes and said a snarky comment. I then decided we didn’t need to take that awful attitude that she was giving and said we’re leaving and told the manager that I hope she has a better day. I understand having a bad day but taking it out on your costumers is not okay especially coming from a General Manager!! I will be trying to contact the owner to make them aware of this situation. Read moreTanya is the GM here. I have been coming here for the last 2 years and I have seen her treat her staff horribly. She always has new people because she can’t keep them there. Today she was by herself. There was one gentleman in front of me ordering multiple sandwiches which seemed to make her upset, she asked me what I wanted while making his sandwiches and at the same time the phone starts ringing. She started throwing the sandwiches and the thing the you put the sandwiches in the over with and slamming the oven door. I could see she was stressed and told her since there was no one behind me I don’t mind waiting if you would like to get caught up. She started screaming at me, the gentleman and myself were taken back by this behavior. She was so rude to him and myself. When I went to the checkout I told her this was not appropriate behavior. She proceeded to scream at me, and I just walked out with paying for food. I couldn’t believe she would treat people like that. Now I feel really bad for the people who have worked here previously.
