I feel compelled to leave this review because management should take more pride in their job. I, personally, would not choose McDonald’s for my dinner if it were not for my child. Every week, for several weeks now, my little enjoys going to McDonald’s for a happy meal after lessons. We eat inside of the restaurant every time. There has been an issue every single visit, i.e. dirty tables, Arctic temperatures, & waiting for someone to notice you at the counter when they have made a mistake with the food or forgotten something, but I haven’t been too upset by much of this. There are far worse things to tolerate throughout the day so shrug it off. However, when we visited on 1-8-25, there were far too many problems. Firstly, it’s fifty something degrees outside, yet the air conditioning remains on full blast. If the employees are wearing sweatshirts while working it’s either too cold in your restaurant or they aren’t really working. It is definitely a combination of the two here. Secondly, the dining room was appalling. Nearly every table was dirty & there was trash throughout the dining room. I understand that this is McDonald’s, a fast food restaurant, but, again, take some pride in your work. Do some work. Someone, anyone…take initiative & clean up the restaurant. It would’ve taken me about thirty minutes to have the place looking good. They were not extremely busy. The drive through did not have a line when we pulled in & there was only one other table when we walked in, therefore, it is clearly laziness. The manager is to blame, but not even one other employee in the entire place took it upon themselves to actually work either. Thirdly, the service…we had to wait at the counter for someone to acknowledge us to order. There is no greeting from anyone, no we’ll be right with you, just stares from those behind the counter who didn’t have that specific job role. Ordering went fine. We sat down & waited forever for our food. Fifth, when we were finally served our food, it was by a customer at the other table. They were delivered our food, even though we had a number on our table. I’m not even sure if their hands touched my food or not. Upon opening the food, I realized there was no sauce with the happy meal & you cannot eat the nuggets without it. I went to the counter & waited, once again, forever for anyone to notice. When I finally got help, I told her (the manager) that I needed honey. She went & grabbed the honey & then proceeded over to the cooks to tell them to make something while my food was getting cold. I got the honey, returned to the table, & my little told me there was no toy in the happy meal. I opened up my food to check it & both cheeseburgers were ridiculously smothered with ketchup & two pickles. I had ordered them with extra pickle, extra mustard only. They were also quite cold since I was standing at the counter forever. I go back to the counter & I’m ignored again…the manager comes over &, rather than just apologize, she questions me. She then says it was probably rang in wrong. It was not, as I had the receipt in my hands. I felt as though she had an attitude because I kept going to the counter, which was not my fault at all. When my “new” cheeseburgers came out, they had an obscene amount of mustard…like an insulting amount. I say extra because they barely put any on normally. I have never gotten even half of the amount that was on there ever before. They also forgot my extra pickles. I had no pickles whatsoever. I went back up to the counter & waited & then was told someone would bring them out. I got the pickles. By this time, my cheeseburgers were, once again, cold. By this point, I’m done, but I realize that I haven’t gotten the toy…ugh. I go back to the counter, get the toy & feel that, by now, the manager should have apologized to me. I know I would have. Nope. I didn’t even get to eat anything other than my child’s french fries. This plethora of issues has prompted me to review this McDonald’s. Choose a different McDonald’s. The owner & GM should be aware & correct...
Read moreDon't usually go to this location but was in the area, had just visited my brother in the hospital who has been there since Thanksgiving from 2 heart attacks and it was the closest McDonald's, my daughter and I were hungry, and it was late. I have their rewards app which is an absolute $$ saver. My McDonald's by me and this location have definitely increased their level of customer service. They have finally hired employees that actually care and are friendly. This trip they did get my order wrong, but it benefited me. I understand it's difficult at times for them to hear the customers in the drive through. I had a medium diet coke with my order, they must have heard medium fry, so because I always check the bag before driving off, I noticed there wasn't a diet coke. The manager or employee, took the bag, checked my order, handed the bag back to me with the soda and I asked if I owed any additional money. She said no, and as I drive away, I noticed that they gave me the medium fry and diet coke. They could have taken the fries back but they didn't, so that was an added plus. Thx McDonald's for upping your level of customer service and hiring friendlier employees. My daughter is a huge fan of "Everything McDonald's", and with every purchase we rack up more freebies so we will continue to be happy patrons. Happy Holidays, and don't let the rude...
Read moreYou guys just suck. I'm not even mad about it anymore. at this point its funny. You used to mess up my orders regularly. then we moved across town 2 years ago. While on your side of town with my kid today , i said to myself there is no way they can still be the worst McDonalds on the planet right ? L O L! Where there is a will there is a way. newsflash , You guys are literally the worst fast food building ever. For over 5 years straight now. Thats impressive. At this point i know you guys do it on purpose. There is NO way its on accident. there is no way you cant read a screen , pick up the CORRECT ingredients , put them together and wrap it up. I have worked multiple fast food restaurants growing up. one on a busy highway. Its not hard. How hard is a double hamburger and a cheeseburger kids meal? apparently rocket science because we got a double cheeseburger and a hamburger kids meal. Finally , when my wife goes in there to get the correct food , you treat her like we messed it up , and gave her attitude....
