Wow I just called 2020 in Melbourne Florida to check on my warranties. Apparently they use my warranty to replace my motorcycle glasses that didn’t fit right. So I guess that guarantee was false. My second pair of glasses which is photo here the chemicals is just coming off. Not even a year maybe a year and a half old. Im just outside of warranty so they say no replacements . Now they want an additional $398 to replace the lens when it is their chemical that is coming off its supposed to be on there forever. So poor quality yes blurry vision still will not advise anybody to go there anymore. Warranty means nothing if you take the glasses back to get corrected. they use the warranty and then not tell you. Sad sad day their quality is terrible. I noticed in a lot of ads they said quality lenses well obviously these aren’t quality I asked her what it would cost just for the lenses to be mailed to me and they don’t mail them. I would have to send my glasses to them so they can put them in my lenses . really is it that hard to turn a screw . Point is the quality means quality and you should stand behind it and they didn’t .my advice don’t go Your glasses won’t last. Tired of people ripping off people what happened to real glass lenses im upset yeah I’m very upset it’s spent $1000 on two pair of glasses and I get told that there quality is great. but yet they can’t do nothing about it...
Read moreI'm sad to write a negative review, as I usually prefer to refrain from doing so, but I can't overlook the dysfunction at this office. I spent hundreds of dollars for a service that fell far short of expectations.
I called in advance to confirm same-day service for my glasses and received a reassuring quote. I understood there might be some pricing fluctuations, but I chose 20/20 over competitors for their pricing and same-day availability.
When I arrived for my appointment, I took my eye exam and discovered the price for my glasses was nearly double what I had been quoted. Even after removing options, I ended up paying significantly more than expected. At checkout, I was informed that my glasses would be on will call and wouldn’t be ready the same day—this was particularly frustrating since I had rescheduled an event to ensure I had my new glasses for the workweek.
I felt misled, but at least I would finally have something. Later, I found a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses online but needed my pupil measurement, which wasn’t on my prescription. When I inquired about it during my pickup visit, I was rudely told that they don’t provide that information and suggested I look it up online.
It seems ridiculous that I paid for an eye exam but can't access my basic prescription information. In hindsight, I wish I had gone to LensCrafters for better service. I will not be...
Read moreI spoke to Paige who claim to be the manager for this company on June 18, and she promised she was going to call me back with some information regarding my glasses, which she never did today is June 20, and I spoke to Brianna I left another message but no one had called me back. I am so disappointed and how unprofessional this business is or towards their customers when you walked in the store they’re all over you trying to get money out of your pocket once they get that money from you and you have a problem with whatever after the fact no one cares to call you back or they don’t care to deal with this issue anymore. They charged me $550 for my progressive glasses it’s been 10 months and I’m still struggling to see with it, Well I’m going to go to a different facilities someone who cares and I will never do business with 2020 eyeglass anymore I will not recommend anyone there either because of this bad experience I’ve been going through for the past 10 months, unprofessional customer service and I will report to the BBB. Unsatisfied client and I feel like 2020 eyeglass stole $550 from me because ever since I got these glasses I can’t see with it, keep on going back and forth and every time they come up with all different kinds of excuses. You just lost a good client who’s spent lots of money...
