Not sure why I’m giving two stars. They flavors are good and I would enjoy them if I didn’t experience 50% of bad service. Gone over 10 times Half the time I have received bad customer service. Tonight was the last. We pull up to the window and we are the only car in line. We are greeted very enthusiastically and then the boy turns away and talk to his coworkers. This happened throughout our entire order of five desserts Window server was carrying on talking with 2-3 others as we were placing our order. I had to stop my order and begin again several times to gain his attention. He hands one dessert and tells us it’s wrong but we can have it anyway. It was actually 100% accurate. Two other desserts the girl was debating if she made it right and he wasn’t sure Then hands our last one that we are waiting for and turns his is back and closes the window. Hubby drives off… this was made incorrectly. Asked for Italian ice which is stated on the receipt. This dessert was almost entirely of vanilla ice cream. This does not work for somebody who is lactose intolerant. attention. The other workers were inside one facing the doors chain the other was facing away from the doors talking to our order taker. Read morePrevious experiences were great. Great service. Great treats. My last visit was not so great. I will first say that they were really busy and I went in understanding that. What happened was really odd. After about 15 minutes a worker finally came to the register, which was again understandable. What she did was look directly at us then look to the people behind us and say she could take their order. I thought, "well that sucks, but maybe she somehow really thinks that we're still not ready." My wife asked if we were next, and she said yes. Then, she went to prepare the other people's order. She came back, gave them what they ordered, looked at us, then leaned over to tell the people that had just come in behind us that she was ready to take their order. I was done, but my wife mentioned that we had been waiting for a while, and another worker said that "they're just short-staffed." (There were about 8 workers at the time. Normal for this location) Then, the girl that had been ignoring us decided to speak to my wife to make sure we knew that they're "really busy". Read moreWent today with my son, and they were really inviting and kind. They gave us a free chocolate slush because they thought they made my son's incorrectly (which they didn't), and even though we didn't have room to eat it, the gesture was nice. We brought in a coupon I got on the back of my Kroger receipt, and they kindly honored it. (BOGO 1/2 OFF)
The Oreo one I got was pretty messy and the cookie crumbs went everywhere. The bottom had a little too many crumbs, enough to make me cough from swallowing wrong.
The chocolate my son got had a nice creamy flavor, and the ice cream sandwich cookies were decent, but the cookie part was a little too crunchy for my liking.
