Lisa's Family Pizzeria Melrose — Restaurant in Melrose

Unfortunately, after calling and trying to order a mega pizza for my family, they don't have it anymore so I needed to come on here and change my review. The only reason we ordered from there was because they had a mega pizza that could feed my whole family. They don't even have a size small and large french fry and they taste terrible every time but we still go there because of their mega pizza.

We would order at least twice a week. I'm on the PTA at one of the elementary schools in the area so I'm curious to see where we're going to start ordering our large party lunches from now. Probably the Wakefield Lisa's. Luckily this is only happening in the Melrose store!

But their french fries are terrible, their pizza is okay just like anywhere else in the area and there's one member of the staff that is incredibly friendly. The rest, no comment. I don't like leaving negative reviews and I'm really sorry that I had to change it from three stars. I live down the street from there and I just don't want another place to go out of business because every few years it happens at that location. I still miss the Corner Deli....

I used to be a regular at Lisa’s Pizzeria and always had great experiences. Their pizza was consistently delicious. I always ordered the same one because it never disappointed. It was honestly my favorite pizza spot in Melrose for a long time.

Unfortunately, something changed. The flavor and quality just weren’t the same anymore. After being disappointed a few times, I stopped ordering and ended up trying a different pizza place, where we eventually became loyal customers.

Last night, I decided to give Lisa’s another shot, hoping things had gone back to how they used to be, but once again, I was let down. The pizza just didn’t have the same taste or quality, and even the chicken wings weren’t what they used to be. It’s really sad to see such a decline from a place that used to be a go-to.

At this point, I probably won’t be ordering from Lisa’s again. I really wish it was different, but the quality just isn’t...

I’ve been a loyal customer of this pizzeria for over a year, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best in town! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistent—whether I’m ordering pizza, pasta, or any of their sides, everything is packed with flavor and made with quality ingredients. I order from here almost every week, and they never disappoint. Delivery is always quick and reliable, and when I choose pickup, my order is ready exactly when they say it will be. The service is outstanding—everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional.
