Read moreI have gone in for pizza and salads, food is ok. I am posting this because of the multiple bad experiences that I have had in person and most recently over the phone. I am not sure if it is the owner or who it is but there is a fairly larger older man that is ALWAYS screaming at this shop, and is absolutely rude! I have come in to the shop many times for pick up- they may think that because they are speaking in a different language that I don't understand them, yet I can understand everything they say, it is extremely rude and disrespectful, the employees look like they are under so much pressure and the way they are spoken to is really harsh and inappropriate. We will not ever be ordering from here again. Recently ordered food and they delivered to the wrong address when I called delivery driver back unfortunately I couldn't communicate because he barely spoke any English and didn't get a call back until about 30 minutes after, no resolution, except saying "your food got delivered to the wrong address you entered and its probably cold by now" continued to laugh it off in a very bullying manner. I tried to explain we ordered from here allot, he did not care. This was a frequent place for lunch and after this neither I or my place of business will be buying from this place again. Read moreI have lived in Melrose for 16 years. We order from Theo’s at least once a week. I am appalled by the terrible customer service we received today. We will never order from there again (as shockingly requested of us by the OWNER!) Tonight we ordered fish fry and a Caesar salad. The delivery person comes and hands us a pizza. We say this is not our order we ordered a salad and fish fry. The guy driving the car said “we dropped that off at the previous stop”. We left the pizza on our porch for them yo take. I assumed our correct order would be coming soon. After 15 minutes I called Theo’s and the person on the phone, who shockingly told me he was the owner, argued with me saying we refused to accept our order. After about 5 calls trying to explain the situation and the owner arguing with me, accusing me of refusing to take our food, and hanging up on me, a very nice woman got on the phone and said they were remaking the order. The food came and the driver was very nice and very apologetic. 5 minutes later the OWNER calls me up to say that he sees in the past we have complained about our order 3 times and he never wants us to call his establishment again! Theo’s would be smart to never again allow the owner to talk to any customer on the phone...
