I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tortina, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This charming restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly give it a perfect five-star rating.

As a Muslim, I prefer not to speak negatively about food itself, but I do feel it's important to share feedback on my experience. I genuinely want to see new businesses succeed, especially local ones, but quality is key especially in the food industry.

I ordered the rotisserie chicken around 6 PM. Unfortunately, it tasted stale and lacked the freshness I expected. I understand it was a later order, but if the product isn't up to standard at that time, I believe it's better not to serve it rather than risk leaving a bad first impression especially for new customers.

I also noticed that although I opted out of the sides (mashed potatoes and vegetables), I was still charged the full $15. It would have been more reasonable to adjust the price or offer an alternative. Still, I did not mind, I assumed the chicken would be good.

The restaurant is just 2 minutes from my home, but based on this experience, I would honestly rather drive 20–25 minutes to Warren for rotisserie chicken from places like Express Poultry or Golden Chicken, where the food is consistently fresh and hot regardless of the time of day.

This isn't about convenience it's about quality. I sincerely hope my experience was just a one-off and that the restaurant improves, because great quality and consistency are what bring customers back. Wishing them the best...

They burned my Reese’s!? This is absolute diabolical, as I order the “Reese’s crepe” the way it was shown was so different! But when it came up.. it was BURNT and I tasted the egg.. okay are your crepes Salmonella breading ground why do I taste the yolk. Employees are amazing and kind but how can you mess up crepes. I absolutely don’t recommend this place it looks like a 1980’s restaurant that tried making modern food but failed and flopped , sorry if this comes off as rude but the owner himself has said he opened multiples restaurants himself.. and a broken window, with one lean and it’s all going down, it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, and the bathroom should be cleaned and the stink took a couple turns and twists for it only work. Metal rusted and the stench ugh.. I’m sorry but this place is absolute TRASH please save yourself from this...
