Art Bar at Crosstown Arts — Restaurant in Memphis

i love this place the bartenders literally so slay. the servers also a slay. everything here is just SLAY. honestly you’ll never find me at another memphis bar. i honestly cannot say enough good things. and i was NOT paid to say this.

actually i only have one complaint. this bar has NO pickles. actually had to change my review of the food to 2 stars for this reason. and i honestly i have requested them before and i had been promised them. but ive never seen any follow through. so with that i honestly to knock down a full star. but i wont because i still love this establishment.

finally. the bartenders and serves here are SO chatty. take that as you will. and honestly some of the patrons pretty chatty too so you may love that or hate that.

UPDATE: the pickles have arrived. i appreciate that this establishment can respond to feedback. will be updating my review to 4 stars for food. the pickles were so delicious thanks yall :)

UPATE 2.0: the pickles are gone. maybe that’s my fault. so really unsustainable. but if they could make that a permanent menu option that would be appreciated.

UPDARE 3.0: so here’s the thing, last week i was PROMISED pickles… today, nothing. however, i have been collaborating with some of my favorite bartenders and we have something cooking for y’all.

I recently visited Art Bar in Memphis, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal, thanks to Brook and Jeanette, two of the most amazing bartenders I've ever encountered! From start to finish, they created an unforgettable evening with their warm personalities, extensive drink knowledge, and incredible attention to detail.

Brook was incredibly engaging and seemed to know the perfect drink for every mood and preference. He has an impressive skill for mixology and crafted some of the most creative cocktails I've had. Brook was also wonderful at sparking conversation and genuinely invested in making sure every guest felt welcomed and appreciated.

Jeanette brought energy and enthusiasm to the bar that was infectious. She was attentive to every customer, quick with recommendations, and clearly passionate about her craft.

Brook and Jeanette make an incredible team, each with unique talents that complement each other. Art Bar is lucky to have them, and I'll definitely be coming back for more of their amazing drinks and...

Very disheartened that the server made it her life's mission to avoid serving my table for at least 45 minutes. I literally watched her ask the table behind us, in front of us, and the bar adjacent from us if anyone wanted anything.
